  1. one key man will make the difference tonight, vissing, at times he is dreadful on small tracks, if he has a bad un tonight Eastbourne will go thru. Cant see much between the 2,6,7 riders but eastbournes top 3 should get amongst cook and Jensen. Also the only Eastbourne rider that can ride the white line is wood and he should be dealing with glasgows bottom end at hame. sadly im at Lingfield but it should be a belting atmosphere, eastie to sneak thru.
  2. lester and Glasgow going skint to try to win the egg cup
  3. Glasgow win away and next morning sign mikkel b anderssen
  4. if kent can limp to the play offs and somehow get 7 fit riders they are still the equal of any team in the league, they've had a shocking run of injurys
  5. THey cant be short of dough paying money for that top 4
  6. I feel sorry for atkins, this ridiculous points limit has to led to lads beings slung in the deep end very early in their careers, most of them after about 18 months in the nl, its a bridge too far for so many.
  7. Eastie just squeaked home in a tight match , racing was moderate tho, never too much between the sides, bowtell makes me shut my eyes watching him at arlo tbh. Rowe rode the white line well like he does. im a bit dissapointed in newman , hes thieving points beating reserves and not much else . stayed dry tho and crowd saw a tight match
  8. IF next yr is the year the 2 leagues amalgamate Berwick will be the first to shut ,imo
  9. No2 is by far the hardest position to cover in this league, perks seems above average in that position. Lots of sides basically have a nl heat leader at 2, sargeant should be doing way better
  10. weather permitting these 2 meet at Arlo sat night. The rebs were dreadful last time round but I feel this will be a close affair. bar r/r for the unwell wood I think its full strength for both sides top end for both look strong and the reserves are all roughly the same standard if somerset turn up with the intention of having a pop this could be v tight
  11. Its all average related, garrity signing means a modest reserve
  12. Well thats the surprise of the season, well done jason edwards, a race winner on his debut. sounds like a terrific match, i couldnt have been farther out with my score !!
  13. Ulrich could be the signing of the season, out of form and struggling but def signs of recovery of late , def home win
  14. My issue with ben are his 2 best tracks rye and lakeside are shut, I think his average to start the yr was 4.83 , he was in a hard place in the side to maintain that but away from home hes been very poor. Personally I think they will replace newman next esp if they know brennans going to ge guaranteed out for the season which must be highly likely
  15. its abs shocking tbh,but they don't seem to want to make a change
  16. Same old story from eastie away really, 2,3 and either 6 or 7 struggling. Kennett has too many away tracks he doesn't like too. Sounds like barring mishaps the defeat could have been greater. Every other side struggling is strengthening …………. Well done to sheffield
  17. No vendetta whatsoever, its an open forum, i go there about 8 times a season if i think its going to be a tight meeting as my team ceased in 2008. My view will be echoed from many eastbourne fans imo
  18. I cant see Eastbourne having a prayer tbh, 53-37 to Sheffield ,bar the miracle win early season against brum away Eastbourne have been pathetic away, 2 many passengers
  19. that's the issue, the n2 position is eastbournes real problem spot, its no fault of morleys really, kerrs increased average has negated kennetts dropping . I bet they wish ulrich had been available after toms bad accident, him on 5.5 is a bargain. If you did replace morley you've a very limited choice tbh
