Extremely enjoyable match, too many last places for the home side. Once again newman was excellent for eastie, others including lawson were under par. Nicholls in ht 11 especially tore lawson apart for pure speed, as a sussex resident he should be no1 on the pecking order for 2020. Leicester to my eyes are the strongest team in league, only issue is proctor seems to be regressing. Its so important to have one gd reserve to keep ticking away and thats mountain. The one thing teams cant do is exist beyond their means, too many have gone busto coz of that. Personally kent have to sort the curfew out but the stadium and track are fine for racing in a higher leage, as are the attendances.

2 good looking fixtures on the cards here. Eastbourne have schlein at 1 and pickering guests for Leicester for Worrall. Weather looks very settled so should get 2 bumper crowds. Leicester look very very solid top to toe , eastbournes side looks better than last weeks to me with the 2 tweaks, schlein is excellent at Arlington. Leicester start as clear favourites , Eastbourne must hope to get a 10 pt lead at home worst way and try to stem the tide away. After the feral news this morning lets hope speedways the winner, just like the 2 terrific redcar meetings
