unless the rents been hiked up to the gills its hard to see how much bother theyve gotten in, the masked meetings were at least as busy as the unmasked ones imo. Its the leisure pound option from july 19 thats opened everything up, the scunny match i attended was v quiet

Eastbourne nicking a point would be a right touch, kemp needs a gd match for eagles, leicesters middle pair looks uber strong -

The way things are going he must be tempted to have one more season, he is a terrific ambassador for uk speedway -
If its not one thing its another !

Youve teams that tour and book accomodation way in advanced so the 10am thing is a complete dead duck. Just have to grin and bare it this season with a 2 month late starting date , see what 2022 brings with a less truncated season hopefully.

Its a weird scenario, they were smashed out when the mask wearing in the tracks was compulsory but ppl hadnt been out for 15 months and the weather was gd. Now the leisure pound has more freedom to be spent elsewhere, 9,000 crammed into lingfield last sat for ub40 and 7 races, it was about 27 quid to get in. Idont fear for eastbournes future, the other 2 are bang in bother tho i feel.

June and july are summer now in england, clubs have had 2 weeks to race with proper crowds, the scunny match was moderate crowd size too. I think they are bang on not risking this weekend, could do 3 or 4 grand and the match be expunged from records in a fortnight if things go awry elsewhere

You would think batchelor be capable of 8 ish , maybe eastbourne didnt go flat out in the cup match. Tough match to call, maybe a fall or ef could make the difference on the night. Gun to head a home win . -
Birmingham Brummies 2020
ruckerroo replied to ProudtobeaBrummie's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I dont think its a team issue, bomber wont be cheap , life is habitual, folk have had 18 months out of the habit, brum is a big area and maybe folks have found summit else to do. Other clubs in slightly remoter locations may find it easier to get older fans ban as there might not be much else to do -

The rent will be the absolute killer at birmingham. Remember the masons went there coz nobody nearer fancied a pop at it, god knows how much theyve slung at it . -
Hate to say it but if there was only 500-600 last match nobody can survive, let alone birmingham with a huge rent

Kent letting an unfit rider ride as second heatleader is a bad move -
Eastbourne v Scunthorpe 24/7
ruckerroo replied to cityrebel's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Scunthorpe were nowhere near as below strength as eastbourne last night, scunthorpe rode ok early on as eastbourne have been habitually slow starters this season, but they faded away after the break when lawson and kemp woke up. -

The guest is the key for kent to make it a gd match -

They are having a mare tbh, every meeting they are arranging theres someone important missing and the opposition strengthen .. i reckon you might be right coz one more home loss and the play offs are out the window . -

2 most influential eagles missing, good guest for scunny and they can storm the fortress -
What an overrated gaff this is, horrid

I thought eastbournes side was good pre season but you cant win with 2 riders going bad . Looking from the outside in glasgow have sort of almost missed the open goal tonight. Heaven knows the pelters they would have got if not winning tonight

Leicester have made emselves red hot favs with changes, your mob arent afraid of laying out to try and win so they will go for it if its possible
