Warwick 8 Feb 2025RTV 2m (Inner) Birmingham Brummies Speedway Mares' Open National Hunt Flat Race (Category 1 Elimination) (GBB Race) (Class 2) (4-6yo) good to see the brummies sponsoring at warwick races on a big saturday, dunno if it will induce any new customers but its obviously the plan .

i made a book at the pairs, had 6 months aggro after coz its a different betting duty to the 200 race meetings i bet at during year . the business was actually quite good . Going thru hoops filling forms in for 1 meeting a season is neigh point .

As a reading / Eastbourne regular of yesteryear I sort of understand what your saying but that Plymouth track essentially is a race to bend 1 bar the odd exception or an error . Klindt is renowned for sharp starting and as you say he's prob cheaper . As for the glads last signing a rider who has def improved a bit in recent yrs is jack smith , if he fits he's a better bet than trigger etc

I would rather a klindt type gating tart than a poor gater like zagar round the Klondike .

Be a touch if you got nilsson, way better on small tracks and not bad on the big uns , go well at the dale

I couldn't give a toss really but the same thing happens year on year . -

There's no easy way agreed but year on year the play offs and finals are raced in conditions alien to the rest of the season . Speedway has prostituted itself to tv tbf and there are so many blank weeks in summer your first sentence doesn't hold much water -

No issue with belle cue winning the league after the carve up last week . Why tho do the supposed best fixtures / finals always end up with quag like conditions year on year . It's about time the powers that be tried to get things done and dusted 2/3 wks earlier too at least see both teams gunning for it rather than tootling round -
A pleasing outcome Another match at the NSS rather than that wall of death . Cannot stick jack holder , the most stinking attitude of any rider for donkeys years .

Ipswich vs Leicester play off Semi-final 9th Sept

Inconsistency in decision making is rife in sport, number of tight first bends with everybody looking for the best /safest way round to stay out the mire on the outside, however not withstanding that fricke had to go in ht 13 ,that killed ipswitch more than anything else, if rew can be excluded in ht 3, the rider inside him never gave him a chance to get round then fricke just had to go, he half tried to bully kvech who rightly never gave way, max was done for 15 m before the corner with front wheel up . -

For an experienced rider king has been utterly dreadful , sensible riding from him and witches be home n dry -
Dan Thompson has a dangerous average for anybody to fit him into a side , not withstanding the excellent year he has had

All credit to the management at foxhall, who unlike others would have pulled strokes to call this off in self interest.
