I can't think past George English when it comes to a new team manager for the nation. The guy is a sports scientist guru in the same manner as Sam Allardyce, and knows how to get the best of out his riders. We see it each year George constantly transforming riders and making them perform to the best of their ability. I hope the BSPA don't take the easy option and give the job to someone who has not been in the sport for 5 minutes at the expense of potentially the Alf Ramsey of Speedway.
