Yes see your point the Boxing day paper interview must be from the Xmas Eve signing. Plummer says not North or Birks but of course he could be winding people up.

Can we all just get along. Do not see the big deal with our thread being here tbh it is no different to people talking about Holder or Lindgren, they will not be in the Elite League either. I think everyone wants some news, fingers crossed we get new owners, run in the PL, then by all means have a thread in PL Section. As it stands at the moment let's all just have healthy debates.

Fair enough Crumpy but I respectfully disagree. People can only spend money that they have. Sky does not affect football attendances? Really? Not a premier league Derby but pretty much every other game and certainly POSH By the final point I mean situations such as Holidays & Birthdays, do they get cancelled for Speedway.... No

The point about number of fans does grate on me though. Panthers did not have a regular race night. Expensive especially if you have a partner/family, not many people go alone. Sky meetings - People stay home to save some money and try to justify the Sky £ they spend each month No meetings for 2 or 3 weeks then 3 in a week so suddenly need to find in excess of £50pp if you do not have a season ticket. People have lives outside of Speedway, I know Season Ticket holders who do not go to every meeting.

Panthers89, Agree with what you say here. 1. I just hope that if there are 5 interested parties then surely 1 can be successful in purchasing. 2. Good point again but Rick/Julie surely will want assets included or at least some of them and a new owner likely to focus on Premier League level assets, even if that means the likes of Hans, K.Bjerre and Iversen are retained by Rick/Julie. 3. Depends on if Showground have filled dates that would have been kept for Speedway with something else, if not then surely they would welcome the rent and parking money.
