Mear is struggling big time for us Shads. Ellis would be a better signing but dont know if he wants to race in all 3 leagues. -

He would score more points than Karger Shads easy. -

Poole Pirates Vs Lakeside Hammers 6/4/16

Poor performances from Bridger and Mear. Hope with KT on board we will make changes this year when riders are not performing. I wouldnt make any changes yet too early in the season but if scoring particularly away from home does not improve in about a months time we must act quickly and make changes. -

AJ is riding tonight. If we are to do anything this season we need to win tonight. Bridger, Swiderski and Nilsson need to perform. Walasek and Ulamek round their home circuit will be a lot better. Enjoy the meeting El Add. -

Swiderski, Nilsson and Bridger poor scores again away from home. I know its the first away meeting of the season but our middle order need to improve on these performances otherwise we have no chance of the playoffs. -

Another dig at Lakeside from BCD as usual. Least we are still in the EL fella. -
Bridger will be a good rider at Purfleet but he needs to score consistently away from home. Kennett is good around Purfleet aswell but is crap away he needs to score points on his travels. Hopefully JC and Kelvin have said to LB if you give up in any races and pull wheelies at the back you will get a warning do it again your out.
-
You should get Ronnie Russell back as team manager!!
-
Sundstrom, Jepsen Jensen maybe I dont know if they want to race in Britain this season.
-
Great news about B Ped, I said at the time of the signing we didnt need another old rider way past their best like we have had recently with PK and Watty. Hopefully now the promotion will sign a young rider with potential to improve no not Bridger!!

Welcome back old Bob you were a superb contributor to the Lakeside forum until those weasels closed it down. Jon Cooks PR with speedway fans is terrible with the heat leader list comment and now this. Hopefully someone will start an unofficial Lakeside fans forum which JC wont be able to touch. -
Lakeside Speedway - Smoke & Mirrors?

Obviously the Lakeside management did not like what they were reading and made the bad decision of shutting it down. Shows the contempt they have for us fans who attend Purfleet. From memory there wasnt anything bad on there criticising the promotion so dont understand it all really. We live in a democracy we are allowed freedom of speech and to disagree with the promotion on certain matters. Hopefully an unofficial lakeside fans forum will be created maybe Phil the Ace could sort it for us!! -
How about Lewis Bridger if he makes his comeback.
-
How about Rob Mear he can double up with you!!
-
PK not another rider way past his best who will go off the boil later in the season when the going gets tough. It has to be Richard Lawson if we sign PK I aint going next season waste of time.

Tony BK rode for us 1991-1993 the track hasnt changed at all we had a fence then remember. Cheers VV
