i remember bert being at weymouth that night as he was in the first race with me in the second half i was just in front of bert at the time when my chain broke and my bike landed on my head and my helmet (pudding basin) fell in half ended up in weymouth hospital with suspected fractured scull happy days !!

i remember riding with eddie at weymouth i think we both rode for new cross B against weymouth 1963 might still have the prog will look later i was also going to boston the year eddie last rode i think it was c crane who brought him in at the time it was sad to see eddie not go well at all i think he had been riding in america before he came back to boston???

i was talking to len end of last season and we were talking about dennis and the rest of the team of 62/63 i am sure he said dennis was still o/k not so for most of the others i was 2nd half at the time i have allways wondered what happend to bob innocent who was there also any one know graham locke

i kev spoke to steve he thinks it was 1982 when he got the track record still has the bike he rode still rides @mabo not this sunday blown engine he is busy rebuilding any kind of wheel,s for a living

sorry to here ray has gone i remember we where riding @ weymouth i think it was 1962/63 he had been to sheffield the night before i think he was living in the west country @the time he told me he had to score some points or he would have no money for petrol to get home if i remember the promoter was john pilblad ?????

was this the jhon mills who rode a few meetings at weymouth around 1962/63 if i remember he used to travel in a sports red sports car
