Yes I was thinking that, I would prefer to pay for meetings to be streamed, than another season of no speedway in the UK.

I notice that clubs are beginning to talk about start dates, does this mean they are planning a return to league matches with or without fans in the stadium.?????

The NSS, is a cracking track for any rider or at the very lease most riders.

Agree with you all RE Kyle, super smooth, great machines and always turns out profesional, but he did seem to stagnate in 2019. Still young though and plenty of time to improve.

That hasn't been proven yet and with covid still hanging around, if and I mean IF, we do get any speedway crowds could well be lower because people may decide to air on the side of caution this season.

i Make them race able. Nobody especially would be new fans, want to see gate and go speedway, provide a decent surface with the right amount of dirt, then riders will have confidence in the track to race. At least that's my theory, but I am open to other suggestions.

Investment.

The Vaccines are fine, the reason they were rolled out so quickly, compared to others is Red tape. A blank cheque was given and all red tape removed.

If and it's a big IF, the UK is Covid safe and our travel restrictions for UK citizens is lifted to/from certain countries which includes Poland,then the EU will have no reason to make it harder for employment travel between the 2 countries. Plus the Jab will hopefully mean the world can reopen for business. or am I hoping for to much to soon.

If the product is what fans want, then riders have to put on great close racing, to do this their equipment has to be the best it can be, which costs them money. At the end of the day us the fans have always been the ones who have to pay the piper. One of my hopes is that clubs encourage younger fans, 1 full price parent = 1, 15 and under free entrance. As for the argument of the product being poorer so the entrance fee reflecting this is a none starter, as an example,my football team Manchester Utd, are poor to watch compared to the Fergie years, the entrance fee has not gone down.

I would rather see a race than Jason Doyle fly out of the traps and win by a mile, Belle Vue if they track the roughly the same 1-7 will have no out and out number 1, but we should have a team of racers, good racing gets people talking. Boring races don't. J Doyle is a great rider and I enjoyed watching him round the NSS. but I would sooner watch a close exciting race and that IMHO is what promoters should be striving to do by improvements to their race tracks.

I understand what you are saying,so we speedway fans should be demanding that our clubs tracks are not just rideable, but raceable,If the racing is good then fans will return the following week, regardless of who is in our team.If fans stop going because no GP riders are on show, that wont help British speedway. It's the racing that counts, not the riders name.

Lots of people have had Flu these past 12 months or so, most without hospitalisation, plenty of others have had Covid, thankfully most have survived, unfortunately thousands haven't. Selfish people like you are the reason we are still fighting this pandemic.

for the future of our sport we need more young people coming through the turnstiles, I'm all for 1 adult = 1 young person free, 2 adults 2 young persons free, etc etc, all other young persons pay £5 each, set the age as 15 and under and must have proof of age
