I also noticed that a fair few of the people who turned up for our 3rd meeting in 8 days were of the older generation, to see the 3 meeting has cost me £63,but that's ok as I don't have children of school age who need feeding,clothing, Bus fares ect, ect. Mums and Dads and their children will be at the play off's and that is a good enough reason to have them. I understand you don't agree with them, plenty more do. How can it be a fact as the end of next season is 12 months away, the best thing you can do is to go to bed and get a good night's sleep, hopefully when you wake up feeling refreshed you may then realise that the NSS is here to stay, as is the famous Belle Vue Aces, and the end of next season is still fiction till it arrives.

Wrong Zagar was in front when his bike started to slow, that was when Holder past him and not before, Zagar also reared in heat 7 causing him to side swipe the fence when we were on a 5-1, this allowed Tungate to pass and the race finished 4-2. I must add I thought Holder was fantastic and great to watch tonight.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Belle Vue deservedly finished top of the league even after losing 2 home matches (could even be 3), the P/Off's will be a different matter and that's the one that counts.

And there lies the problem in British speedway, "just an example" If we were to go down the road of 1 night per week, then would it be fair on the promotions who own/rent/lease or don't share with greyhounds, to have to accommodate the tracks who can only race when the greyhounds are not, If we do finally get the one race night per week, then it has to suit all parties.

If all 4 main speedway nations could agree to the nights they race then it could look like this. Tues..............Sweden Wednesday....Denmark Thursday........Poland Friday.............UK Sunday...........SGP

The track is so fair it produces great racing and evens up all teams, for me that is the main reason why I think we will not win the P/Offs. If we do finish top of the league in our first season at the NSS,that will do for me.
