As a Poole fan you should think you are the best, Matt normally builds a good side...................................................but 1. Hans Andersen 10.01 injury prone and on the way down. 2. Jack Holder (d/u). 7.16 without big brother Chris he may take a while to adjust. 3. Krystof Kaspazak 11.07 blows hot and cold 4. Brady Kurtz 7.65 didn't have the debut year Poole fans were hopping for. 5. Kyle Newman* (d/u). 6.31 Good second string. that's about it. 6. Nicholai Klindt. 5.42 will score more duff scores than good scores 7. James Shanes. 2.00 I hope he enjoys the bigger scene and improves his starting average. I don't see anything here that would prompt me to choose Poole over K/Lynn,Wolves or Rye House. I will make a judgement on B Vue and Leicester when we know who are making up their 1-7.

I believe so.

One simple question, why do your posts read like your attacking the poster

Chris Holder Or Niels K Iversen?
hyderd replied to Shale Searcher's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Since the watergate scandal. my liking for Holder has gone, however his commitment to British speedway is unquestionable,(unlike the vast majority of the GP stars) and for that reason, I take my hat of to C Holder. Is he better than Neils, his record says yes. But I wouldn't put money on a best out of 3 races between them. -
Guess you've never watched KK or Zagar poodling around for 4 laps at the back
-
As a fan who has had both riders ride for my club, I feel more qualified than yourself to give a personal feeling on who of the 2 riders gave more commitment and effort to my club. Cookie,Cookie,Cookie. Would I have KK back as a number 1, yes, but Cookie would still be the rider who gives 100%,100% of the time. And that Steve is what people are trying to get you to understand.
-
Give up stevebrum, SS will never concede his inability to read your post fully.
-
Those are not actually Mancs, they just follow/support Manchester United.lol. As for the best top 3, let's wait till the season finishes, as with KK and HA you will be very lucky if they do finish the season. Leave R Worrall out to put L Bridger in, never.
-
Very much doubt you will get an answer.

It was the Golden Helmet match races, the holder would race against the top scoring opposition over 3 races, no Belle Vue rider would of raced against Crump at Leicester. Crump was the holder of it when his team (not sure whether it was Newport or Bristol) played at Belle Vue in the British league match.
-
You certainly know how to wind people up. put cookie against KK at the NSS, if Cookie outgates KK 3 times out of 3 he will beat him 3 times out of 3. At Poole it's the other way around. On a good neutral track, I would say KK would/should win 2 out of 3. But over a full season their averages will/are be about the same.
-
In this season's weaker league we only have to be as good as last season. So looks like a Belle Vue v Wolves final again. PS KK has too many mood swings, if he put 100% into his rides, 100% of the time, he would be fighting it out with the big guns in the GP's. So yes he is better than Cookie, but I would sooner have Cookie in my team as I know he will always give 100%, 100% of the time.

I remember Peter Collins on a 2 valve Jawa getting the better of P Crump over 3 rides for the Golden Helmet. Those 3 races brought the house down. As much as I loved those days, if we had a 2 valve Jawa at the NSS, they would look very slow, technology moves forward, speedway has to move with it.
-
This has been mentioned time and time again Phil, but still some posters insist on trying to put the full blame on the 2 people who bank rolled Belle Vue year on year to bring us the NSS.
-
That's understandable, however the same promoters should remember that without the fans their would be no speedway, so if they want big events they should ensure that the racing provided encourages fans to turn up.
-
Bit early to suggest Poole will be top dog, or any team for that matter until we see Leicester's team and the Belle Vue Aces.
-
Oh really.
-
NSS means,National Speedway Stadium, since when have Glasgow, Edinburgh, Berwick ect not had speedway fans that would want to travel to Manchester for an international meeting ie WTC. I think you will find Manchester is more central than Coventry. ie Poole-Manchester 263 miles. Glasgow-Manchester 219 miles Coventry-Poole 189 miles Coventry Glasgow 315 miles.
-
Don't be kidded Gemini, he didn't want to waste his beer. lol
-
it's not often, but this time I totally agree with you. Joe is brill round the NSS, away! he will get better in time.
-
You couldn't resist opening your mouth.
-
It's in the interest of speedway as a whole, that clubs like Belle Vue and Coventry stay afloat, Belle Vue have survived and I would of thought that the BSPA could of acted in a way that would help Coventry do the same.
-
Hitler couldn't stop the Aces, that's one of the reasons we are the most famous speedway team in the World, and whilst we have not won as many trophies as Poole, you cannot match our name. Now get of your green soap box and join the rest of the decent speedway fans, in wishing nothing but good luck to Coventry in their fight for survival.
-
If Coventry doesn't run, british speedway (BSPA) should hang their heads in shame. Strong top 5 round the NSS, reserves should hold their own round the NSS, bit worried about our travels though.
