the guys who know whether it would work or not are the riders,if it's put to them with an agreement of, "yes lets try it" then let's do just that.

Swindon have had a tremendous season, that's what have improved the attendance, Peterborough have had a dire season, and it showed at the turnstiles. Somehow promoters have to get the stay away fans and new fans into the stadiums and what better way is there than good TV coverage along with exciting racing, so yes some tracks provide good racing, it needs to be all tracks providing it. I wonder if we had a F1 style start, 2 sets of tapes 1 set 10 metres behind the first, heat leaders start 10 metres back 2nd strings up front. Reserve heats all 4 start at the same tapes. Probably won't work but it is just a thought.

unlike Tai, whose cut back on his racing, will be interesting to see if the lack of competitive league racing hinders or helps his GP racing.

I hated that rule when it ruled out M Zager coming back to us, still hate it now and I hope You lot can keep both Doyle and Batch.

. Here's a thought. Each premiership match consists of 1-5 as normal 2 reserves as normal and run over 12 heats. Each team has 2 junior N/L riders, riding for them but must be 18 or under, their points are included in the teams total and their races are against each other over 3 heats say after heat 4 then after heat 7 and finally after heat 10,making 15 heats in total. Yes or no.

Is Jordan Palin ready for Championship speedway?
hyderd replied to DC2's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Love watching Jordan Palin round the NSS, he's also shown he is not a 1 track Pony, I don't think it will do him any harm whatsoever riding for Scunnie and hopefully the Colts next season, if he progresses in the Championship then who knows maybe Jordan could be riding for the Aces in 2021. -
Max will be riding against world class riders week in week out. It's not done jason Doyle any harm riding in our league. Should Max drop the UK this next season, like you I sincerely hope it works out for him, and will be cheering him on in the GP's from my sofa.

A speedway forum is the perfect place to have your say, however if you are not prepared to back up you posts perhaps you shouldn't post it. Just my opinion.
-
Strong words, can you back them up.????
-
hope you are wrong Phil The Ace, Max is still young and the more he races the more improvement he would/could gain

It's all about peoples own preferences,NFL bores me to tears, our own Rugby is by far more entertaining. Just my opinion.

KOC FINAL Wednesday 23rd and Friday 25
hyderd replied to Gunner85's topic in National League Speedway
Great meeting with proper racing in most heats, congrats to Leicester on a well deserved aggregate win. I was sat next to 2 Leicester fans whose first visit to the NSS sent them home very happy. Full of praise for the NSS. Come on promoters, give riders tracks that give them confidence to race, and see whats happens to the attendance. -
typical negative comments from certain posters, a 5 year deal has to be better for the sport than no deal (no Brexit puns please). Get the product right,(tracks prepared for good racing) hopefully viewers increase = more sponsorship = more money.

Who are your top five riders in 2019.
hyderd replied to Sidney the robin's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
2 home losses,1 home draw and a bad away form. Fortunately for us the 2 below us were even worse. -
Hasn't JD just signed a new 2 year contract with Vasterik. ??
-
No idea why I posted that post.Senior moment I think.
-
You could well be correct, but I can't think of any of the current world's best riders improving their skills at smaller tracks, even Tai left to better his world title chances.
-
Find me a better rider on his average.

Big decisions in November.
hyderd replied to Sidney the robin's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
decent ideas apart from No6, riders safety must always come first, plus who wants to watch 3 riders unable to race purely because they can't see clearly.
