I think your right, it doesn't make any sense why is he holding onto a club he considers to finished/value less. He has stripped the assets (fence and lights) so the sale should be really straight forward unless of course he has taken the brown envelope.

Thomas Jorgensen is having a testimonial next year, could that be a sign he is returning to his spiritual home? Rumours suggest he is not in the Berwick team, although his testimonial could be at Lynn.

This is crazy running 3 leagues, fans will only pay to watch so much speedway.

Confirmed Round 1 Croatia 27th April. -
9 months from september 5th so Worral will be signing for someone on june 5th?
-
tapes, fence and a bit of shale....maybe the lights, Not hard to price up. However if Chapman has changed his mind and is no longer adamant that the speedway is finished then it becomes lot trickier.
-
My point being, it shouldn't be difficult to price.
-
Chapman has been adamant that the speedway cannot continue so all he is selling of value is, tapes, fence and a bit of shale....maybe the lights?

Gorzow is a poor track compared to many polish tracks. -
I don't know why they have kept speedway track in good condition, they must be going over it with a grader/weed killer.
-
If it is Worrall and howarth and 38 points limit, I can't see palm toft or Allen back.
-
Whats the problem with Kent and Mildenhall? I know Mildenhall struggle to produce a safe track.
-
If the point limit does drop to the widely rumoured 38, it could be a straight swap Douglas for zaine kennedy. Although I would prefer Howarth, kennedy and Hagon for Dougls, Allen and Ablitt.

Scunthorpe v Poole - 2023 KOC Final

Buczkowski is 37 so probably not going to progress much further. Kurtz might if he gets a bit better but he is 10th in league one averages so he is not exactly knocking on the door. -

Kurtz and Buczkowski have both been in in the extraleague and Rasmus Jensen is in it this year. -

Is this Ryan Douglas's last meeting in Scunthorpe colours? If it is I am surprised nothing has been said by the club. -
I agree they should pack the team with ex wolves riders and maybe rebrand as the Birmingham midlanders.
-
The main problem was something to do with the safety fence, it would have to be a special bespoke fence. The track is too narrow for FIM so international events wouldn't work but league racing would be fine.

Which NDL teams are not riding next year, Berwick...... Mildenhall could be iffy?

If they put the stadium along with parking up for sale as a sports venue, would someone buy it and make it cover its costs,......yes. Would it be anywhere near the sale value if it went for houses.......no, however that doesn't mean its not viable. Quoting rent 12x what it was, seems just a way to kick the speedway and make it appear unviable.
