I have collected all the speedway star competition tokens but I am unable to get this weeks star, I would be grateful if someone could tell me what the simple question was.

I agree completely, no doubt this would cost more in stadium rent and cut into the organisers profit margin. -

We have had loads of tracks worse than that, is this setting a precedent whereby every time the track ruts up the riders abandon the GP. -

Someone tell Lunna to take it steady at Berwick, I fear for him on such a fast narrow track. -

Yes you said the same about the Redcar Scunthorpe meeting as well, for someone with no interest you spend a lot of time trawling the speedway forum. -

Why didn't Scunthorpe use a second tactical ride? -
Shame the back straight couldn't be opened for this.

Niels K Iversen is in for Ash Birks.

Best team you would use Fisher otherwise give some experience to Gino.

'Whether the riders record in Speedway has been at the highest level and they will contribute significantly to the development of the sport.' This is open to interpretation, this could mean a rider who has averaged over 7 the last time they rode or does this mean a rider who was of GP standard.

Put your best team out or let the youngsters gain some experience....... that old debate.

What The Visa Issues Could Mean For Teams.

As I understand it finishing in the top 4 of an Australian state championship is one route into Britain. How seriously are these state championships taken by the riders? Would riders who have already achieved a 7 point average deprive fellow Aussies the chance to race in Britain? -

Speedway Champions League ?

I think all these things irritate speedway fans and test their patience. Some of these have probably contributed to the decline in the popularity of speedway. I don't think this competition is the way forward. -

Riders Gardening At The Tapes
eric i replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
What is the current 2 minute rule? Riders have to be on track in 2 minutes rather than ready to race. -
On race night, I do like Rob on the mike. I think most do and appreciate his downright honesty. I get him he’s my era, but how about expanding a bit and get say Carter or another rider/ex-rider(always someone wandering around?) to say few words intermittently about the racing, track, riders etc… as the meeting goes on? It helps to inform and keep things flowing. I agree more rider interviews in the intervals would be great. In terms of getting more people through the gates I think there is still plenty of Hull Vikings fans that could be tempted back to the sport. Hull only takes half hour in the car and bridge is only £3 return, maybe some advertisement on the other side of the Humber might work....... Radio Humberside? Hull Daily Mail? Posters?

Track prep is so much better on a night time, afternoon racing gets slick and dusty.
