According to this http://www.scunthorpetelegraph.co.uk/Scunthorpe-Scorpions-Taylor-Poole-chances-qualify/story-28249184-detail/story.html he can take part in all 6 championships. If this is true the qualification for a visa is really quite easy.
What are the rules regarding the replacement of injured 3 point reserves?
I assume mid way through the season if a team has spare points to pay with they can't replace the 3 point reserve with a rider of a higher average.
If the 3 point reserve achieves a greensheet average of say 4.5, can he be replaced by any rider under his average.
Its true the UK is not in the picture if you look at average attendances, however the UK has twice as many fixtures as the foreign leagues. I doubt it would look quite so bad if it was the other way round.
Looks like M.P.Toft has signed for Peterborough and klindt doing polish league, my guess is Lanham will be the 6th rider
1.Auty
2.Lanham
3.Davies
4.Holub
5.Douglas
6.Wilko
7. 3 pointer
If you look at the riders eligible to ride at No7, Matt Williamson looks quite a good option. Which riders will actually do a better job then Matt? ok Bradley Wilson-Dean and Zach Wajknecht might do but I am not sure there are any others.
If Holub made the effort to get to the end of season do, there is got to be a good chance he's in the team plans. My concern would be fixture clashes his foreign commitments, especially now Scunny ride on a Sunday.
I think the ref called heat 6 wrong, I think Newman won that. Thought Holder's move on Davis was a very hard but refs rarely exclude riders if they don't go down. Not sure what was going on with Holder and Compton.
A nice way to finish a tough year I hope Rob and the promotion are back next year. It will be interesting to see what Rob wants from the AGM.
