  1. To quote the Telegraph, 'Some of those could include Danny Phillips, Ryan Kinsley and David Wallinger who have all been mentioned'. But I agree with everyone Danny Phillips is best option, especially as he posted on his twitter page 'First time back on my bike yesterday it felt like i was never off it everything felt good no pain in either leg or back can’t wait to start racing now'.
  2. I've been to Redcar and had no problem viewing but that was just a normal league match, if an extra 500 to 1000 people turn up viewing might be more difficult. Its a shame they can't sort the ambulance access out, the viewing from the banking would be great.
  3. Why is the back straight not used? health and safety.
  4. I think it is a good move bringing in the pairs but I am concerned with the the Wroclaw track, I haven't seen evidence of any alterations.
  5. With no more amateur meetings at Scunny until March and the 'evening with the Scorpions' on the 2nd of march I think the number 7 can be announced, its dragging on a bit now.
  6. 3 Gps every year in poland and now 3 swc/pairs in a row. Maybe FIM staging fees are too high for anywhere other than the big polish clubs, its starting to look a little silly with everything in Poland.
  7. Other than Scunny I can't see another team place for Jake knight so unless he is sitting out the season he must be the final rider.
  8. If the current one is to be demolished first, I would be very concerned for Swindon.
  9. I think it would be worth the Swindon promotion going to the Port Talbot factory to see if their stadium actually exists in modular form.
  10. Still think Jake Knight would be best option, national league average of 8.83 but his away average was higher than his home average so Eastbourne might not have suited, he said this on twitter...... 'Gutted not to be back with Eastbourne next year but that’s speedway and have to move on to the next chapter and see what the next few months bring up.'
  11. Bickley will probably ride for Workington as that's where he's based also he rides for belle vue colts which would rule him out as they are Friday race night. Jake knight is best option imo.
  12. 1 Steve Worrall 9.02 2 Thomas Jorgensen 7.10 3 Josh Auty 6.95 4 Jake Allen 6.08 5 Stefan Nielsen 5.53 6 Tero Aarnio 5.06 7 Josh Bailey 2.70 42.44
  13. Josh Auty is a granted a testimonial so he is probably back.
  14. Its a bit of myth that the racing is always good in Poland there are quite a few tracks that are crap.
  15. I think they should alternate between world cup and a best pairs event. People are going to get bored of seeing Poland winning every year, a best pairs event would be a more even competition.
  16. Is the only restriction to team building, 2 polish under 21 riders at reserve.
  17. They host a SEC round, is that a lot cheaper to stage?
  18. I would have thought Germany could find somewhere better than Teterow, Gustrow would at least have better racing.
  19. Where are you getting the figures from, is there a financial report you can share?
  20. Dave Peat has given Bailey his 4 ride all season not ruthless enough IMO. Track was slick tonight but was consistent and well prepared, glad to hear its back to Friday nights next year. I thought the firework display really typified Scunny's season....hope nobody was hurt.
  21. I have suspected one or two have been taking it easy the last few weeks. Hopefully with it being KO Cup they will give it 100%.
  22. Can't believe that result, what happened to Vetlanda they looked like the away team, was the track different to normal?
  23. Vaculik has 10 points more than Holder, if he extends that in the last 2 GPs I think its difficult to justify picking Holder. However if Holder can get a few points back I think his past record will see him grab the wildcard.
