I think the racing has been good the last few years but this year was poor, very hard to overtake after lap 1. Not that bothered about pre event entertainment myself
I guess it will be 3 groups, one group will only have 3 teams in it, the winner of each group will proceed to the semi as will the highest second place team(based on average points scored). Although all the teams are included I am not a fan of the format, I don't think teams get enough rides.
G.Laguta is 10th in the polish averages after a year out the sport and he may well win the SEC so there maybe a strong case for his inclusion. Its shame Mikkel Michelsen didn't do better in the challenge because his league form in Sweden and in Poland has been excellent. Lambet needs to prove himself in the top leagues before he does GPs, hes 45th in the polish averages and 18th in the Swedish averages. If Janusz kolod manages to finish above Doyle, Iversen and Zagar I think it would be a little hash not to give him a wildcard.
I seem to remember from previous years it's the top 3 averages in your team that qualify your team for the pairs so I think that means Berwick are the team to miss out.
Am I right in saying King and Harris will be riding but Wright will be at GP practice?
