To be honest MacDonald is an accident waiting to happen, his record of falling off is awful. He's been in the sport a few years now he should know his limits by now.

But what about the rule that states...... 'A rider taken out of a team cannot be re-introduced in that team within 14 days.'

To be fair the rules are clear and explicit on this....... 'No facility is permitted to replace a rider, who although included in a redeclaration has not made an appearance for that team since being redeclared.' Kasper has already been declared, so I guess its a national league guest, is Ryan Kinsley eligible?

I hope someone has checked the precise wording of the rules on this one.
