  1. I agree, Whatever the system they use to decide order it can't be hard to get a spreadsheet that can instantly give you the correct order.
  2. Manchester is a problem, it is not a tourist city and thats putting it nicely as I can.
  3. Decent racing, excellent result. crowd looked similar to last year. Some cost saving measures on event promotion, parade and fireworks, but ticket prices are cheaper 🙂 Felt for Janowski, I don't like it coming down to ranking, I would prefer if it came down to qualifying time.
  4. Some of your contributions...... 2022 'Cardiff hasn't produced a single decent moment in 20 stagings. End of story.' 2023 'It's Cardiff. Probably the grubbiest and most boring city in the UK. It needs binning.' Your comment in relation to the closure of Wolverhampton ' Good Riddance' Your comment in relation to Belle vue, 'Its the only track in the UK its worth watching the sport now given the rubbish all the others churn out.' Your comment in relation to AGM, 'Ludicrous that Birmingham and Workington have decided to move up a league when neither of the could make it pay in lower leagues last year. Even more crazy is Oxford running in 3 leagues! Predict all 3 will be gone before end of next season.' I could go on but I guess you will continue to pollute the forum.
  5. If Tobias Thomsen's form doesn't pick up soon I can see him mysteriously withdrawing his services allowing Poole a facility for the rest of the season.
  6. Didn't see much wrong with Hagon, he came in on 2 point average. He is now in the your top 5 partnering with Lawson (top of the league averages) for 3 of his rides. He scored 3 points away from home hardly carrying him.
  7. I think it will depend on the results of another xray at the beginning of september, he would probably ride tomorrow if the Doc said it was ok.
  8. This meeting would have taken precedence over the rearranged Polish meeting so Jan Kvech would have taken 28 day ban had he not turned up.
  9. Poole hot favourites to win everything this year and yet to lose in the standard 15 heats of a league match. Think this is where Scunny lose their unbeaten home run, Poole's top 3 are rock solid and Zack Cook loves scunny so I can see 40 points there, the other 3 should be capable of scoring 6 between them. Anyone know why Palm Toft is so bad at Poole, his record there is awful.
  10. Rowe is an odd one, I know he likes the big polish tracks but he can hardly hold down a second string position in the championship.
  11. Nothing. https://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/24491058.abbey-stadium-homes-swindon-not-breach-planning-rules/ I think when swindon council planning wrote the minimum criteria for the stadium it was poorly done, especially given the form of Gaming International.
  12. Both Zack Cook or kemp would score more than R/R. Its financial decision. I hope Plymouth get their act together in 2025, because both their track and team have been shambolic at times.
  13. Poole won away at Glasgow and Workington, they spanked Scunny by 31 points......... Poole are going to win everything as it stands. Scunny may as well gamble on bringing in a foreigner on a 5 point average, they might find a Tarasenko type rider.
  14. Douglas was a great, but thats not true Lambet scored loads in the final. I can see Poole winning everything this year, standout team imo. Scunny don't have enough riders with potential to up their averages to win the league.
  15. Does anyone know why Godfrey is still waiting to arrange the second leg of this and the BSN fixtures with Edinburgh.
  16. I would like to see a GP at Scunny not going to happen though. Discovery are a business looking to maximise their profit for the period of which they hold the rights to the GPs.Whether Belle vue or Cardiff makes the most financial sence is hard to say without any figures for staging costs and sponsorship.
  17. Discovery will be looking at what brings in the most money, and that includes sponsorship. 5 or 6,000 at belle vue will be a harder sell compared to 20 to 30,000 at Cardiff. I think cardiff tourist board/authority also supported the staging of the GP financially.
  18. You can get a decent enough tickets for £20, thats less than Premiership meeting, Its definitely not ticket prices putting people off. Hotel prices are a killer though, £200 to £400 near city centre on gp day
