  1. He always saves his best for the gps has done for a while now.
  2. Lindgren is not young rider but I can't say I have seen any drop off in his form.
  3. Gorzow is not a good track in the league either, Discovery is choosing tracks that make them the most money rather than tracks that showcase speedway at its finest. I think Discovery signed a 4/5 year deal with Gorzow so we can look forward to a few more years of Gorzow.
  4. Thats a bit of a myth there are loads of tracks in poland that are better than Gorzow.
  5. I don't he laid his bike down on purpose, its just a really poor decision by the ref.
  6. Czestochowa always has great racing. THats the only good thing about the euros, they have picked good tracks unlike the GPs.
  7. I agree, if they pull the kerb in on the corners a few meters.
  8. Tar, Until Leon, Dudek and Michelsen drop out the top 5 they are at a bit of an unfair advantage when it comes to GP qualification.
  9. Did none of the GP riders want to do the qualifiers? I am surprised with a GP place up for grabs.
  10. Adam Ellis is not in form at the moment, for me his form would have to improve. Some might say Tom Brennen because he is young and would benefit from the experience but I think should pick the riders that give you the best chance of winning. Not much international experience but I would go with Charles Wright on current form.
  11. There are 20 odd speedway tracks in Germany, why oh why do Discovery keep going back to this track...... the same reason they signed 4 year deal with Gorzow (money). Short term financial gain but it doesn't do anything for speedway long term.
  12. I said at the beginning of the season Birmingham should have gone National league. Watching a league winning team on smaller wages in front of more fans would make more financial sense. I hope the stadium owners don't kick them out and they can rebuild next year.
  13. Lindgren often doesn't turn up in the league, he saves himself for the GPs.
  14. Coventry speedway website.... Thursday June 01, 2023IT has now been confirmed that Brandon Estates have appealed to the Secretary of State against the unanimous refusal by Rugby Borough Council’s Planning Committee to grant planning permission. The refusal notice was dated November 16, 2022, and from that point the applicants had six months with which to lodge an appeal. The appeal was lodged on May 12, 2023.The appeal will be determined on the basis of a public inquiry, the date of which is to be confirmed. We have copies of the appeal documents and we can assure everyone that these will be scrutinised with exactly the same rigour as in all previous submissions made on behalf of Brandon Estates. We will point out to the Planning Inspectorate any errors or untruths which appear in these documents. We will also be applying for Rule 6 status with the Inspectorate which will enable us to formally participate in the appeal process. All correspondence received by Rugby Borough Council relating to this application has been forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate. If you sent an e-mail or letter to RBC (either supporting or opposing the application) you should have received an e-mail or letter explaining the process. This also gives you the opportunity to contact the Inspectorate at the contact details given in the letter, and either modify or withdraw your previous representation – or to make further comments. If you wish to re-affirm your opposition (or support) for the planning application, you are more than welcome to contact the Inspectorate.Should you make further comments, please note that these should be entirely regarding the Brandon Estates planning application, rather than our own application which is currently on hold whilst this process takes place. We can assure everyone that we will be working to ensure that the Inspectorate are provided with all the facts required such that the decision taken by the members of the Planning Committee at Rugby Borough Council, and supported by an overwhelming majority of the general public, is upheld on appeal.
  15. I think this will be very close, scunny need to Kemp to hit the ground running.
  16. Wow what a signing, it somehow seems wrong the undefeated world champion comes in on an 8.00 average.
  17. I am not sure what would happen in a scenario where they were level after the super heat?
