  1. Had a quick glance at a couple of weather forecasts and they have changed to no rain tomorrow. There's a basic radar map available here http://www.foreca.se/Sweden/Goteborg?map=radsum
  2. A 20 minute video of the meeting is here http://falubaz.com/ Nice to see lots of those rare things that you don't see many of in the UK......yeah that's right......fans!
  3. Yeah i had a typo, but the scorechart directly below it was right in two places . Explanation and kerfuffle surrounding the non run-off here http://www.sportowef...ie-w-finale-ime
  4. FREE SWEDISH Grand Prix Racecards - Gothenburg, Sweden (Saturday, 4th May, 2013 Local TIme 7pm, BST 6pm, UTC/GMT 5pm) AVAILABLE as of NOW! DUAL GRID MiniMax Racecard 2013 SWEDISH Grand Prix For those who prefer the grid style format i've added many unique, superior and useful formatting touches that fans expect and have become accustomed to with MiniMax designs. Once again no need to get eyestrain and possess a computer like memory just to see who is leading during a meeting. You have your race-by-race grid - which is as always with MiniMax clearly delineated round by round to assist in countback - and additionally all on the same line the ability to fill in a riders accumulative score race after race. 5. Apparently a meeting with good racing and a grand 7,000 fans in Daugvapils, Latvia progress to the World Team Cup 'proper'. Biggest surprise to me was the domination the hosts had over Germany. I would have loved to see the upcoming German side progress. Result: Latvia 45 Maxim Bogdanov - 13 (3,2,3,2,3) Vyacheslav Gieruckis - 6 (1,2,1,1,1) Kjastas Puodżuks - 11 (3,2,2, 2.2) Andrew Lebedev - 15 (3,3,3,3,3) Slovenia 30 Matej Zagar - 20 (2,3,3,6!, 3.3) Alexander Conda - 4 (2,0,1, d, 1) Maks Gregoric - 3 (1.1 , 0,0,1) Matic Voldrih - 3 (0,1,1, -, 1) Germany 28 Martin Smolinski - 13 (2,3,4!, w, 1,3) Kevin Woelbert - 8 (2, a, 0,1,3,2) Max Dilger - 2 (1 , 1, -, -, w) Tobias Busch - 5 (1,1,2,1,0) Ukraine 22 Andrey Karpov - 7 (0,2,3,0,2) Stanislaw Mielniczuk - 4 (0,0,0,2,2) Andrey Kobrin - 2 (0,0,2, d, 0, d) Aleksander Łoktajew - 9 (3,3,1,2, -)
  6. I just would have thought the reporting from the terraces complements other sources such as online articles, news, reports, scores etc. both before and after the event. Why would someone at an event or upon coming home from one not express their views just because other sources have been quoted?. I'd certainly value highly opinions and feedback from someone who was there, don't see why they should only be available upon mandatory exclusion of other mediums. Anyway, i'm off for an early night to dream of a BSF without hassle lol lol.
  7. EH? Lol dear, oh, dear, a huff of the extreme kind. Is nobody allowed to report or comment on something unless they were in attendance? I'd love to hear from someone who was there. Ok Iris , YAWNNNNNNNNN!, it's up to you, but if you wish to spend your time trying to pick out a negative angle from posts i make, as you devotedly, slavishly and obsessively follow me around the forums well fine, it's clearly your loss, embarrassment and waste of time. However, be assured whenever i'm bored enough to do so, i will respond and put you in your place. Just can't be bothered most of the time as i got a life to live which i'm heartily enjoying. More a case of 'those who run speedway'!!! lol. The actual basic sport itself is fantastic but unfortunately it's up against quite a handicap in those who organize it and make the rules.
  8. If Leon had been able to take part we could well have had a tied result. Ok Sweden over to you to live up to your neighbours, we hope we get an equaly good meeting on Tuesday. Very enjoyable meeting.
  9. Cool, it's turned out as forecast a close result. A bit skewed by the fact no Leon Madsen in the final race? By the way if you want to see tv HD lighting tune into Barcelona-Bayern Munich match lol, very impressive.
  10. Can NIcki finally beat Leon in this match? Ok forum acting up strange that was a delayed comment. Another good race so glad i decided to watch. Nicki not had his greatest night ever so far, was also beaten in his double points ride.
  11. Uh Oh "teknisk uheld vi arbejder staerkt pa at rette fejlen" probably means someone tripped over the power cable in the dark lol. Ok i googled it says "interruption, we are working heavily on correcting the error" Weeeeee we back.
  12. It's probably brighter in reality at the track, but i notice the tv station says HD, would have thought you'd need far more powerful lighting for that?.
  13. Ouch as Pandorum noticed earlier that 4th bend again.
  14. Alan have you got a pre-watershed phrase in your Danish phrase book so when i leave i can say Thank you Denmark that was a good meeting. Or have all your phrases got references to blondes in lol
  15. Don't know how that translates to prices due to differences in cost of living between UK and Denmark, but it sounds very good indeed.
  16. Yeah but as i just noticed the heat 10 format reversed for heat 11, meaning that technically it's now the home team's top two against the away teams weakest two BUT it isn't raced on paper so we shall see. Update: wow see that's why they do race the races lol..Madsen last! It's been quite a good meeting, some good bits of racing.
  17. Whilst waiting for the tractors to trundle around i just been Googling. Seems the meeting has had a very positive response from many quarters on several counts. Good crowd too it seems. I see that heat 10 has the top two home riders programmed against the away team's lowest two. However, the situation gets reversed in the next heat. So a 5-1 for the away team here might be a false dawn, depending on tactical sub rules etc. Incidentally, i shining a torch on my computer screen right now to see who's who in the murkiness, they need stronger flooodlights.
  18. Awww credit to the away team manager he desperately inserting rider changes here, there and everywhere. Methinks it's a lost cause? Ok a 1-5 but i'll be surprised it the Slangerup don't win. Nice attempt in the early stages by Nissen. I'm not well informed as to which Danish tracks offer good racing, but i'll insert into my memory this track seems pretty good.
  19. Wow the tv graphics contradicitng each other, including the betting line at the bottom. Be assured it was Nicki and not Renat Yeah indeed from a 5-1 to a 4-2. Maybe he had a stiff neck and couldn't look behind him! Hmmm i'm getting to like Danish tv adverts
  20. Hougaard and Pedersen in this one last ditch attempt for Holstedt?
  21. I've retracted that quote now, i'm damned if i can find where i saw it lol. Neon* Leon owning Nicki today. *(ok that was my last feeble attempt at a nickname for him)
  22. Ooooops must remember to check this site out for the next match full scorecard here http://speedway-league.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/2013-05-01-Slangerup-Holsted.pdf
  23. This not the close meeting it was touted to be, what fool suggested it would be lol.
  24. Well done lean Leon. Some more good racing in heat 5 we are doing well recently with our televised fare (and yes i pretending a certain meeting didn't exist, well until a couple of heats towards the end) (While tractors going around i checked on wunderground and it is a little chilly at 12 degrees.)
