Danish Championship Finals 2013

NIce little battle for second place there thank you Hans and Mikkel Wonder if Hougaard can carry his recent good form over into this meeting? Nice start to the evening with good racing in heats 3 and 4 too. -

FREE AVAILABLE as of NOW! You can directly download them from the following page. NEW and TRULY innovative MiniMax DUAL GRID racecard. DUAL GRID MiniMax Racecard 2013 Danish Championship FInal 1 The standard version now includes the new gate grid design. MiniMax Racecard 2013 Danish Championship FInal 1 The second reserve rider has not been named yet and i will update the cards once announced, as well as if there are any very late changes. There's no point holding up the publication of the cards for a rider not included in the heats. Thank you very much for that information, i've tagged him on to the racecards. I hope he appreciates what an honour and major highlight of his career that is -
Well observed indeed.

Danish Championship Finals 2013

That's a great shame indeed for the meeting, although far from unexpected. Looking at the line-up again though it still looks a fascinating meeting. There are several very high class riders and even the lower order riders contain some coming back into form such as Patrick Hougaard. Only hope that Slangerup is a racer's track? and am just about to check the weather report. As i mentioned earlier it's one of the best national championships around i can't wait for it so long as it's a raceable track. Only annoyance is that the two meeting are staged so far apart. Then again maybe the fact that it is staged at the two ends of the season will reflect a truer champion as in having too maintain form all season long? Forgot to add the draw for the riding order. The second reserve has not yet been announced. 1 Niels Kristian Iversen 2 Kenni Larsen 3 Mads Korneliussen 4 Rene Bach 5 Nicolai Klindt 6 Hans Andersen 7 Mikkel Bech Jensen 8 Morten Risager 9 Nicklas Porsing 10 Patrick Hougaard 11 Bjarne Pedersen 12 Mikkel Michelsen 13 Leon Madsen 14 Michael Jepsen Jensen 15 Peter Kildemand 16 Kenneth Bjerre 17 Jepser B. Gee missed the first half dozen heats and then had a caller and missed the last half dozen lol. Looks very enjoyable stuff indeed, With only five teams in the league i got to hope each team rides against each other six times so i can get a good fill of racing the rest of the season

Thanks for the above. It's only the odd stutter to be honest. UPDATE. Great link it gives comment on the heats too. Great to see Russian speedway alive and well (i know there are finacial problems with some clubs). I'm sure i remember when i was little seeing an England versus Russia Test Match (18 heats) at the old Belle Vue. Who would win such a Test Match today? Only one way to find out RACE IT!

How many heats have gone i only just getting here? Might be tuning straight out though, as it keeps buffering despite my 76Meg broadband speed (i just checked it). We been spoilt by Kanalsport and other internet streams that have high quality and no buffering nowadays lol. On the positive side great to see a good crowd on the back straight, so can only presume the front grandstand is packed Hang on am i right in presuming that we are possibly seeing highlights of a previous meeting?, only they seem to be lining up at the tapes very quickly! lol I hope so as i won't be watching if there are absolutely no graphics as is the case right now.

Danish Speedway On Tv

TV cameras shots are a little murky on the final bend, maybe they'll get the riders to use LED lit helmet covers in the future lol. 16 points Hougaard very nice. GP wild card 2014? nah! it all about who you beat lol. Congrats all the same to him. -

Very nice to see Patrick Hougaard earning some dosh. It's possibly you've got a poor connection and the higher quality stream is too much? What media player are you using? The renowned VLC player will often help a stream run smoothly. Incidentally, it's very good for doing that with Sopcast streams. Hougaard certainly is having a good day, even foiling a joker attempt. Surprised Munkebo getting beat so heavily they haven't been outclassed away form home and even have a win. Holsted piling up the points despite Gafurov so far not contributing too grandly. Some hardy spectators there with that wind. Geez Hurricane Holsted -

Looks like i put the forummers curse on Kenni, although he made some valiant efforts to grab second after trailing at the start in that race. -

Rip-roaring start, wonder if Kenni Larsen will get beat many times this meeting? He's been in scintillating form. Was just about to ask why do Danish matches begin relatively early? do Danes have a shorter working day? then i realized there ain't no lights at the track. LOL gee that a big fuel can, can't believe he not poured more over the rider's leg than in the tank. -

Training for this meeting was cancelled today due to the heavy rain hitting parts of Denmark catching out this track too. Nicki Pedersen still looking doubtful indeed as he Tweeted just over half an hour ago that his hand is still sore and swollen and that his recovery is "going too slow." The staging track, Slangerup has Jesper B Monberg listed as first reserve, however, i've just noticed on the SGP site that they state Kenneth Bjerre is the next in line. UPDATE: just looked at the qualifying results and Bjerre had the highest score so he will be first reserve. -
Repeatedly looks furtively around, pulls up the large collar of my long raincoat and tugs brim of hat down whilst whispering........ These are my Russian sources: (all available via Google Translate or instantly translated if using the Google Chrome browser) A superb news site http://www.speedway-press.ru/index.html The team line-up page for this match http://www.speedway-.../2013may47.html Excellent official site of the Russian League. http://speedway-league.ru/ The Russian motorcycling body has good speedway coverage, including the regulations document. http://mfr.ru/ Sportowefakty's Russian speedway page. http://www.sportowef....pl/zuzel/rosja There are other very good sites including club ones. You can get links from most of the above.

Apparently very heavy rain in parts of Denmark, fortunately the forecast is fine for Holstedt. -
Thanks for that. I just had a glance at the team line-ups and i only recognize one rider! But that's me at fault for not having been able to follow Russian speedway. Definitely hope to tune into this match. I will be at home for sure.

Elitserien 2013, Round 3, May 21st

Not too bad for a match involving two winless teams, certainly better than Coronation Street or Eastenders whichever of those is on tonight. Let's hope summer finally kicks in for next Monday. -

Lol posted at exactly the same time. I'm just scouring the SVEMO site now. Ghostwalker will likely know. I found a document of over 100 pages if you want to browse through it in the break lol http://multi.mediapa...B112204D4AFD61B I see mention of Heat 8 in regulation 10.1.7.2 so coupling that with racers and royals comment it's likely that. I'm eating at this moment so can't download and translate the document. It certainly covers every aspect for 2013. OK UPDATE Took less than two minutes to download and then use Google Translate on the document. That reg refers to the second leg of a play-off match and seeing as i'm still eating i'm not looking for the rule concerning a standard league match lol, especially as it's likely to be the same??? -

Been listening to this meeting more than watching due to company. Must say i love the vastly improved Swedish graphics that we see on Premier Sports with lots of information, like the little touch of listing a riders teams in their various leagues. I got to root for the home side in this match as i don't like the idea of the country's capital club opening the season with three losses. I don't think they are the best supported team in the league as it is. Vargarna can't replace Gapinski in this heat, maybe he can borrow a better rider's bike instead lol. No truth in the rumours that following his exit in the SGP qualifying round yesterday that Scott Nicholls changing his name to Scott Minimum Looks likes it's raining, anyone know what the cut-off for a match result is in the Elitserien? I'll check the main thread page one in a minute. -
