  2. I knew it was a very small 'stadium' but ouch it only holds 4,000, has it ever been full? I think the INDOOR Norwegian hall held at least double that.
  3. Lol that's what happens when one goes in for speed reading whilst multi-tasking. According to the Russian forum it was called off when it was raining. The rain then - AS FORECAST - subsequently stopped and it didn't rain again. Fans reckon it could have been staged without a doubt.
  4. I could be wrong but i'm sure i read somewhere the other week - very likely the Speedway Star - that Tai was having a plane put on for him and a couple of others may well get to hitch a ride on it too. But do they use the local girls or do SEC hire their own? Goodness me we so going to see you on TV aren't we Alan? picketing outside the stadium calling the SEC girls scabs. Then when the SEC refuse to buckle you going to do an Emily Davison suffragette style lay down in front of the starting gate
  5. Excellent news that a pub is showing it and i hope your post brings along a few extra people which in turn encourages the landlord to show more speedway. Only mystifying aspect is why a disco with music from some THIRTY years ago! One of the biggest criticisms of some speedway tracks is that they play really old music. Don't see how tracks that do that, or pubs, hope to attract a younger crowd, something that the sport is in desperate need of for it to carry on into the future.
  6. Yeah it didn't show at the last time i had checked that so i went to multiple other sources and they all showed 6pm. But Sky Guide and a couple of other places are now showing the 7pm start
  7. Ok i'm confused. I missed it anyway as i wasn't home but.....when i posted the above yesterday i was referring to the match being staged at the home of SC October. Soooo 1. Did it beat the originally forecasted rain? The later forecasts i referred to said it would be ok. 2. Was this the match that i said would be broadcast on ufaneta? or was it shown elsewhere? or was another match shown instead? lol lol. UPDATE Just been searching around. For some reason Sportowefakty haven't updated Alan's match link and instead the full result and scoring is here. The home side got a whuppin' http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/373198/liga-rosyjska-sk-oktiabrskij-turbina-balakowo-3060-komplet-punktow-czalowa
  8. Cool if you're able to stream both. Only having to stream one with being in the UK and the other one on TV. You can always adjust the volume levels on each stream as required but the mute option seems good lol. I got phone call to do so i'm outta here. Let's hope the Sky meeting is good too. SGP the next meeting i think. Hope Eurosport got the later time sorted out, they hadn't the other day or possibly yesterday. Might be seeking a stream to watch the middle of the meeting onwards on Saturday!
  9. You testing me now lol. I got Mikkel Bech Jensen first Rene Bach second and both Doyle and Andersen engine failure. Looks like this is going to overrun the Poole versus Coventry meeting on Sky.
  10. He's active on Twitter including just over a week ago https://twitter.com/Toddw_12
  11. OK i got this under control they won't end up sending me to a padded cell.....Jakobsen is in red and Sogaard is in blue AND my scorecard is 100% correct, despite getting ready to bin it after a few heats lol. retire because of an engine failure/mechanical breakdown? 'Retire' always makes me think of them just deciding to stop and not be bothered completing the race
  12. Getting a bit odd isn't that four engine failures for the home side?
  13. Only other two explanations are firstly the obvious one is he is colour blind/colour dyslexic or he's used to filling in scores in red, blue, white, yellow match programme order and he keeps forgetting the results graphic has them per Polish programe style in gate order?
  14. Seconded and no i not Kelvin Tatum in disguise.
  15. Quite staggering once again they've had to completely re-do a race graphic. Initially they showed Sogaard winning heat three (i took a screenshot) and they have now corrected it after coming back from the break to Doyle winning and Sogaard last. Only change to the racecard is that Jakobsen lines up at 5 and Sogaard at 4. I might be knocking the Danish cards on the head with so many conflicting line-ups given each week. Although i think this is the first where i didn't get to do a last minute change as the League site has usually proven unreliable. ANYWAYS on to the stuff that matters heat four looks a very tasty race on paper at least. Lol lol toooo funny and true. i think bonus point wise Esbjerg had a very large win earlier in the season? Artem not delighting us so far today Jason Doyle had an invisible force field around him then to not get hit!
  16. Was both things too. Fortunately i've got my attention occupied watching a rather strange football match with the half-time score Manchester CIty 5 AC Milan 3. Oooh Kanalsport showing Jakobsen in the number 5 spot. Haven't a clue whether it is him or not. It flies in the face of the latest published line-ups, including from the staging club themselves. The commentators were in fits of laughter the other week with riders repeatedly wrong, but who knows? no guarantees with Danish racecards. Oh well so long as they keep the helmet colours red and blue for the home team i'm happy knowing the match score lol.
  17. Artem from the sublime to the ridiculous in the re-run off the race.
  18. If they need technical advice they could always ask Busty Bertha from down the road her errrm broadcasts are very high definition...oops! too much information lol.
  19. With people seemingly reluctant to go to tracks in the UK, or afford the petrol costs, makes one wonder if official high quality streaming of matches would bring in valuable extra income. Looking at speedway update viewing numbers and racecard downloads etc i'm sure there are many fans who would pay out reasonably cheap fees for a stream from their local club's matches. I realize the Danish stream is a TV transmission but there are plenty of quality sports streams available filmed without TV cameras. Couldn't the BSPA members club together to set up a few minimal internet broadcast facilities? Not too sure why i'm waiting for Kanalsport to confirm the teams as more than once they've started their first race graphics with the wrong riders lol. I might as well pop into the kitchen to grab a cuppa.
  20. It's supposed to be broadcast on ufaneta. There are reports on Russian forums of very heavy rain putting the meeting in doubt, however i've just ran a couple of weather forecasts and they don't currently mention 'heavy' rain tomorrow.
  21. TV meeting racecard AVAILABLE NOW FREE MiniMax Racecard Danske Liga Fjelsted Vs Esbjerg Wednesday, 31st, July, 2013 Going with the amended line-up i gave on Monday as it's now appearing in more than one place, and as mentioned above the leagues official site is often slow to show, or simply doesn't show changes from the original declarations. Mind you no guarantees with the Danske Liga lol.The Swedish Elitserien leaves the teams as originally listed too.
  22. There's a couple of high quality versions of that video but i've lost the links. It pops up on these forums every now and again it's quite an amazing clip, it should be made a sticky for any new fans arriving here lol.
  23. That surprised me i thought the Poles would have that sewn up.
