If Freddie's Swedish mate had done his swearing in Sweden in Swedish no tv viewers would have been offended They think it's all over it is now?

Would like Dackarna to go through to the final to ensure some good racing on their track!, good stuff in the last heat again. They really needed/need Freddie Lindgren to be firing on all cylinders.

Excellent and hopefully we are in for quite a duel. STORMING first race! I think we've got the best match with Piraterna streaking into a 10-2 lead after two heats in the other semi-final. Ouch all of a sudden a 14 point deficit!

I noticed that during the last race in particular, we got a partial zoom in of head and shoulders and only a glimpse of part of the rider behind. NIce win by Bjarne there and back up by Karpov trying to match the first race in Sweden

I'll probably lose track of the meeting at some point as i've got a delivery due smack in the middle of both meetings and with doing a host of other things i can't use my computers screen recorder. The Swedish match is ok as it's on tv and i can pause or rewind. I would have opted for the replays you listed tomorrow but not going to be at home at both of those times ouch. Looks like they stuggling to keep Graphics man standing or sitting up and as he keeps slumping over the video unit he's hitting all sorts of buttons and sliders causing all sorts to pop-up on our screens mid-race lol.

Didn't it go bust through lack or readers, some of whom through the progress of time are no longer with us! So not sure if there are going to be enough people around to cover the cost of doing so. Got to admit i used to love the Speedway Mail and found it less establishment than the Speedway Star at the time. I loved both of the magazines.

Are there still not South African accents abounding in the England dressing room? I don't really follow or watch cricket and whilst waiting for a parcel delivery a few years ago i turned on an England test match and found it hilarious that were were multiple non-English accents during the interviews. Players whose names i had only seen in headlines and the media were NOT English! Mind you i think the biggest culprits are the USA with their tennis, gymnasts and other sporting stars.

Just touching on that particular point, it is their job to promote the programmes that they show, and they do indeed heavily promote most of their sports with trailers and pre and post event coverage on Sky Sports News. Speedway has always seemed to be an invisible dirty kept secret to their promotional team lol. Yet if has frequently occupied a slot in their main sports live sports channel during the prime time viewing hours which makes it a very strange state of affairs. It's like the impenetrable fortress that the newspaper sports editors had even when speedway was drawing great crowds and outdrawing their local football teams in some places, speedway had practically zero coverage and it was very hard to find results. Don't know if the results issue has changed as i haven't bought a printed newspaper for many years.

Lol so sorry Ghostwalker, i was barely lightly reading the threads and doing several things at once. I totally had a mental blank there not actually seeing/reading his name despite it STARING ME IN THE FACE geez!!!!!. Regards his name variations.... He's still registered with different combinations of his name with different leagues. His own social media pages will refer to him by more than one variation! I saw multiple examples of that earlier in the season Speedway and sports media use a combination of names, including multiple versions within a website or media source. Hopefully come next season he'll have a uniform usage. In the meantime i tend to use Mikkel Bech Jensen to cover all bases lol.
