  1. FAR better thank you. Very good full screen even. He was replaced before the meeting by Rafal Malczewski
  2. Yeah had already switched to it Alan, thanks anyway. Update: Urrrgh awful quality especially in comparison to the Sopcast one i was enjoying. Crash in first race so you still got time to get the above mentioned stream. All four back.
  3. Having to switch to this for the moment for the second match as the Sopcast channel is showing offline
  4. Gee just updated card with the reserve change that Sportowefakty had, guess they not too quick in updating if Laguta not here as they still show him. Excellent info thank you. Ahh is that what he got warned for i saw that at the time thought it was pretty bad. In the hope that he is still listed because Polish teams operate rider replacement??? updated card is here FREE AVAILABLE as of NOW! Direct download from the page, Sunday, 13th, April, 2014. Local Time 7pm, BST 6pm, UTC/GMT 5pm MiniMax Racecard Polish Extraliga Leszno vs. Czestochowa (Sunday, 13th, April, 2014)
  5. A very nice introduction to Extraliga for me. I've always known of there having been terrific matches and spectacles and i gather this surpassed the usual fare from this track. Where have i been on Sunday afternoons lol. Does seem a shame that the purchasable stream in the UK must not have paid it's way. Spotowefakty showing a late team change in the next match so i'll just go update the racecard.
  6. On the day that a first for the Premier League looks ever more a possibility...yep your team winning it!
  7. Courtesy of Wikipedia The Olympic Stadium (Polish: Stadion Olimpijski) is a multi-purpose stadium in Wrocław, Poland. It was built from 1926 to 1928 as Schlesierkampfbahn (English: Silesian Arena) according to a design by Richard Konwiarz, when the city of Wrocław (then Breslau) was still part of Germany. It is currently used mostly for speedway racing, serves as the home stadium of Sparta Wrocław, and is also home to the Devils Wrocław and Giants Wrocław American football teams. The stadium has a capacity now of 35,000 people and was supposed to be one of the main pitches on UEFA Euro 2012. The newly constructed Stadion Miejski was used for that event instead.
  8. Thank you Nicely balanced track wins and points Gate 1 --- 18-2 Gate 2 --- 20-4 Gate 3 --- 17-2 Gate 4 --- 17-4
  9. Come on Woffinden. Is it a straight tactical sub in Poland or double points? Ouch that result got to hurt for Wroclaw big time.
  10. Great race and if this is a track that doesn't usually provide good racing i can't wait for the Leszno match coming up.
  11. Wroclaw need Jedrzejak and Pavlic to excel themselves again in the next heat but NKI was flying last time out.
  12. At about the fifth look he did indeed touch him but it a bit like a footballer going down as if poleaxed (no pun intended) when he is barely touched. Then again possibly not quite the same as i'd imagine one would be slightly reluctant to deliberately lay down a bike when at full racing speed and other bikes close around you lol.
  13. It does have the potential to get out of reach fairly quickly if they don't. Sorry to be over enthusiastic but i'm relatively new to viewing the Extraliga so i have to point out once more how wonderful it is to see large crowds and with a healthy amount of younger fans. It's how the sport used to be and should be, it certainly is a cool sport for the younger generation to be attached to.. Excellent result for the home team there in heat 5 and slightly unexpected.
  14. Don't diss your eyes they look the same to anyone not possessing a cyborg's eyesight. Zmarzlik did as expected in that race. Anyone with track knowledge on here as in does this one provide good racing?
  15. Super Sopcast strikes again Although i'll bookmark the other in case of emergency. Woeful performance from the Brits in the earlier meeting i see, let us Trust In Tai to regain some pride.
  16. Eurosport with an English commentary team if i remember rightly. The season doesn't start until 6th May again if i remember rightly lol. (It's national memory loss day today!)
  17. Ok i can only stretch to doing the Extraliga so cobbled together both TV matches tomorrow for that league. One of the main reasons i am saying these are 'trial' cards is because most Sundays i can't guarantee being home to catch up on late team changes after a Saturday night out (no i don't end up in jail lol lol). Mind you if you attend a meeting one often has tons of scribbling to do because of days of changes. Certainly the early match tomorrow i'm unlikely to be back to watch let alone catch up on very late alterations. So they are what they are and better than nowt i suppose..... FREE AVAILABLE as of NOW! Direct download from the page, Sunday, 13th, April, 2014. Local Time 4:30pm, BST 3:30pm, UTC/GMT 2:30pm MiniMax Racecard Polish Extraliga Wroclaw vs. Gorzow (Sunday, 13th, April, 2014) Sunday, 13th, April, 2014. Local Time 7pm, BST 6pm, UTC/GMT 5pm MiniMax Racecard Polish Extraliga Leszno vs. Czestochowa (Sunday, 13th, April, 2014) Incidentally i recorded today's meeting on Sopcast and of what i've watched so far there was plenty of passing, so dunno what 'Steve Shovlar' was watching? Also, it's intriguing as to why the Polish crowd has so many young people having a whale of a time yet in the UK the average age of the crowd is clearly far older.
  18. OK to clarify the only card i'll be doing is..... FREE AVAILABLE as of NOW! Direct download from the page, Saturday, 12th, April, 2014. Local Time 3:30pm, BST 2:30pm, UTC/GMT 1:30pm MiniMax Racecard Polish Extraliga Zielona Gora vs. Tarnow (Saturday, 12th, April, 2014) I've diligently copied the race format rules in the 2014 Polish Regulations and despite not getting home until around 5am this morning and only a few hours sleep they 'should' be correct lol. Both gate draw possibilities are now accounted for.
  19. Ouch regards gate coin toss lol, I'll add a note on the webpage. I vaguely recollect now that when i first looked at the regs, my first port of call, there may have been mention of a coin toss, but then again i 'think' their chart gave specific gates. I really can't remember now. It's no problem they are only intended a trial and the main body of the card that you keep score with will be fine. My main concern today is that the heat line-ups are correct! lol. Haven't got time right now to add the alternative gate column but will do if it is indeed the case, no reason to doubt that what you say is indeed the case. Cheers for the heads-up. I won't actually see the meeting as i'll be out and about. OK just seen your edit as i posted, i'll sort it out for the next ones, so unless I'M lucky with the coin toss ignore the gate references, it will suffice for a 5am compiled trial. EDIT: Duhhhhh! i know where i went wrong i pasted that section of the regulations and in my sleepiness didn't see the 2nd version directly below. I had two versions of the regs as well because i put it through Google Translate and still didn't scroll past the first version. SIncerest thanks for the jog i know you are the Polish 'Ghostwalker' on here LAST EDIT! I'm more confused now.....i've just gone to the page on Sportowefakty where they have the heat line-ups and it matches mine, they do the continental gate view version so if the coin toss goes the other way they'll have an awful lot of re-writing to do. They have the riders going in gate 4, 3, 2 ,1 order so if the toss goes the other way to how they have it now they'll have to redo the page, or is the toss already done before the meeting and it has luckily fallen as per racecard lol. Ok i'm off out now hope everyone enjoys the meeting, apparently the weather is likely not to be a factor after all.
  20. Not sure if i can manage to produce the Polish racecards on a weekly basis so this first meeting is a trial run. I've produced two versions the traditional standard red, blue, white, yellow heat format, and also a GATE VIEW version that some of our overseas fans use. The latter is the same additional alternative format i provide for the World Team Cup, the card matches up with how you see them line-up on the TV screen and graphics or if a spectator at the track from behind the fence. They match what is visually before you left to right, outside to in, Gate 4, Gate3, Gate2, Gate 1. EDITED after 'racers and royals' alerted me to my overlooking the coin toss factor. This will be the only version of the racecards as i can never guarantee to be home in order to put out a GATE VIEW version which would be heavily dependent on the coin toss. Thanks for the quick reply but OUCH! that's bad news. Oh well i'll have a free conscience now watching the internet streams
  21. I forget the name of it, is that site that UK fans could subscribe to broadcasting again this year? Are there any previous subscribers around who can report on the reliability and quality of the stream? Mind you having said that i do find the Polish League clashes with other major sports at the time it runs. Then again if a subscription would allow one to view archive/delayed footage of a full meeting i might well consider purchasing that. Clearly Polish speedway is quite the spectacle and the line-ups to the heats very tasty indeed.
  22. But would it be possible to do that today with the cost of modern equipment and transport costs? How long could you survive learning the trade?
