Agree with you on the guns aspect observation. Regarding the 'Mundane Lifts' It isn't a cheap/childish comment merely a joke using the difference in the vibrancy of the two companies, obviously heavily based on their actual products. Mind you, if i remember rightly when they ditched the sport they left making some swingeing public comments not normally seen or befitting of a sponsor in any sport.

I just had a glance at what's running on my computer and 'Octoshape' is. That's also what Nascar Raceview uses so i've already got it installed. Explains why it's such a good stream too.

Yeah i checked that link out when, i think it was yourself, gave the link for the format the other day, thank you by the way. I can see lots and lots of potential links to todays meeting but too late to check them out i'll just concentrate on watching it with the tv graphics for today. Research for the next meeting ahead of it. I'm very pleasantly surprised at the respectable crowd. I had it in mind that the Danish league was run on the lines of amatuer sport with very few spectators in attendance. It's all very enjoyable.

I do wish the world of technology would move on and Google come out of the dark ages as in......when Nicki Pedersen is speaking Danish in the interview it gets translated into English before coming out of our speakers! Ok on a serious note, hey i would have jumped through hoops to have had access to the great Speedway far and wide this last couple of years that we got to see on the internet. Ok just as Speedway about to start the 'video screen' NOT a website message has displayed "teknisk uheld vi beklager" I googled that and it translates as "We regret the interruption". A good link for 'live' time conversion every second of the year is http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html I had a quick recce of the site yesterday and it had 'stream not available'. However, checked it earlier and it was streaming high quality without a glitch and no need of a plugin. From what i can discern the plugin isn't/shouldn't necessarily be requisite. I will download it if need be though.

Dudek's scoring is even more impressive when one thinks of the higher quality of the opposition in each race. He'd score even more if he was a reserve in the UK.

Was about to ask what causes a World Champion to slide off when apparently not hitting a hole or rut. I saw him removing his tear off just before it but thought he had got his hands back in time, maybe not then. Mind you we all, even when not tired, walk into doors or bounce off the frame of the door when not aligning oneself up with the opening despite having done it successfully thousands of times throughout our life lol. So i guess just one of those things for Greg.

If you're watching on a Polish feed you might be unaware there has been a lot of confusion due to heat changes. Got to say not really the fault of the commentator as there still seems to be zero feedback from the track. Surely they can pay someone (just £20 lol) who speaks English to update them on changes. Mind you if the commentator had looked closely at the graphics ALL the changes were shown on screen. For sure he is a good commentator to have indeed a great change to this years coverage. Yayyyy i back live after speeding through the Live Rewind. A good meeting so far in my eyes. Shame Rosen got pipped by Jonsson in heat 9 he had battled well.

Ok my Lady making her own way home, i'm so loved lol. Yeah i know they are. I had missed the reserve swaps whilst uploading and chatting on here as well as being on telephone! Turns out my racecard is correct despite it being a quick test.

Ok everyone enjoy the meeting i've got to pop out and pick up my girlfriend so will be using live rewind for the rest of the match when i get back in about half an hour. Whilst appreciating it's a holiday crowd in Sweden today, i'm sure there are other attractions available so the Speedway has done very well indeed. Let's hope for a sunny summer for the tracks this season.

Cheers for the links. Although i don't actually use a printed version myself instead using my own spreadsheet. Didn't see the link only had time to scan the first page of this thread to look for rule changes. Actually i'm a little puzzled here now. When i filled in the teams (from the line-ups given here) for the spreadsheet i use at home, i also double checked it against the team line-ups on the Polish site. They had the same team order as given here. But, they ALSO had the same heat-by-heat listings as i came up with. Were the changes in the recent race a late change made on the track as a substitution???? If so my card CAN be used today lol.

Oh really lol. Could have saved me some time. Mine's not actually workable today, just seen rider line-up not right. It is right as it turns out. It wasn't intended to be published anyway. Mine was a hurried knock-up of the interactive one i made for home use, so isn't listed on my racecards page. I was unaware you had one out and only set it up because i thought no others available. That was uneasy to watch. Bike was airborne at head height of several of the spectators during the incident. So easily could have had fatal consequences or severe head injuries and the awful life long aftermath of such an injury. Apparently one spectator was on a chair that then slid back down over the embankment.

I nearly forgot the earlier timing of the TV match. Our Bank Holiday isn't until the 7th this year! We're getting a re-run of last years final (2nd leg) before the live match on UK tv (Premier Sports). I love seeing the strength of the team line-ups compared to bits and bobs strung together for the Elite League sides. So looking forward to another (TWO) seasons of live Swedish speedway on our screens, fantastic and with a proper commentator this year

Thank you for that, i was far from sure it was available from reading the OP. About to watch the first match of the Swedish Speedway in a couple of hours or so. According to the Premier Sports TV Channel in the UK it's scheduled for a start time two hours earlier than normal (16:15 BST and 15:15 GMT/UTC). I shall go check what our Swedish members have as the details. They are also showing the second leg of last years final before the live match so i'll put that on in the background. We really are having a feast of Speedway on our screens nowadays. Many thanks for the list of broadcasts and hopefully you will be so kind as to provide the same when June comes around.

Can you expand a little please. Are you merely pointing out that they are being broadcast in Denmark on tv? OR... Are these available for free on the internet either live or recorded?. Does one pay to subscribe and then can view them on the internet? Even if not available to view over here it's good news to hear the sport getting good coverage in Denmark.

I recall Monster saying that the package was heavily geared towards the fans, especially those in attendance at the meetings, and not necessarily TV. Tell you what though, after seeing the first two GP's full of fantastic racing i'm so going to Cardiff this year to see.....the Monster girls lol. Footnote: I see that Monster's UK site now has Speedway listed in the menu options.

Another great Grand Prix a very entertaining evening ahead of a night out. Eternal thanks to Sky TV for giving us live coverage and studio coverage. Only annoying exasperating niggle is that after all these years Sky still give their viewers wrong information regarding who has qualified, who can qualify and who is or isn't eliminated. Looking forward to the next GP.....hmmm it's Prague....looking forward to the GP series as a whole. Mind you, you never know we might defy the odds and get a good Czech GP too.
