Always remember it being a nervy time ahead of a meeting and i used to get two up and running in case one went down so i could instantly switch. Riders going down like skittles at the moment. Hope the meeting goes to the end without mishap, it's a fantastic setting with the crowd making it all the better. Like the quad bike for the track staff. Makes a change from the 1930's tractors in use at some UK tracks lol.

That's the case in many motor sports. Also one wouldn't need to finish as high as second in every race either.

The visitors ain't exactly shrinking violets with Emil Sayfutdinov, Jason Crump and Jaroslaw Hampel. Will MJJ at reserve be a potential key factor? Lol. Can't remember the rough maths right now but the ratio of League titles works out something like for every one that City win United get 24. Haven't got time to re-work that out exactly, only just got home and a night of live Speedway, Nascar and Mixed Martial Arts through to 6am awaits lol. As with most posts/comments on a speedway forum in the grand scheme of things and life in general.....doesn't matter a jot. However, as many people print off the racecard at work it's easier for them to do so with an early draw instead of shortly before the end of the working day. Past the end of the working day in a lot of places abroad. Also, i do think that the later draw times of the previous GP's this season is a very poor decision when it comes to local media deadlines. Last thing the sport wants to be doing is cutting off any publicity outlets. You'll note that UEFA do their Champions League and Europa Leagues late morning and midday.

In the top tier the Elitserien after 15 matches we have witnessed a very impressive 9 AWAY victories. Also of the 6 home wins 2 of them were only by a margin of 2 points. Now that would seem as if, unusually for Speedway, we are getting a good degree of parity and a great competitive season ahead. However, could it more likely mean that in the second half of the season we will be getting massive home wins by the teams that have been performing so well away???

Just watched the delayed transmission on Premier Sports there were a few good battles. Not as many as there was in the Premier League match on Sky though Thought it a little defeatist that Hammarby gave up after 6 heats! Why didn't Tomasz Gollob come in as tactical sub in heat 7 for the scoreless after two rides Adrian Miedzinski? Gollob didn't have a ride either side of the heat either. I do hope these GP stars don't get paid by appearance and they have to earn their money by points, probably unlikely. It's not the first time that the Swedish League has seen dismal performances in a Grand Prix week. Incidentally, i've put together a single racecard from the two versions i've had for use from next week - using the best of both lol. I created it during the quieter races hee hee.

Sometimes people omit the '+' which IS a biggie, so i have to ask are you talking about a Virgin+ or as you have typed it a basic version? If it is the +, yes you can. All is not lost if it isn't, you can use a workaround that is similar to how i've recorded to DVD off several non-recordable devices. I Googled for you and came up with this thread http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TiVo/Recording-from-Tivo-to-DVD/td-p/634211 I personally have never used a VIrgin media appliance or a TiVO so can't guide you step-by-step. However, the instructions in the above aren't at al as complicated as may first read. Also, once you've done it once it will take seconds from then on, it's only a matter of switching the output leads and possibly channel switching on your remote. Again not having ever seen a TiVo or Virgin receiver i can't coment on possibly even simpler workarounds that may be available.
