Quite true so why do people say Tai is doing the wrong thing by missing out Britain next season Yes Holder has returned and AJ but will they regret it by October and while they have come back, how many other heat leaders are not returning like Pawlicki Woffinden Pedersen Kildemand etc
-
I think many realise the position he is in and understand the way he has decided to approach the forthcoming season but I must admit that if there was an opportunity to share a position at Wolverhampton then I am surprised he didn't take it. Even if it was to share with Peter Karlsson or Piotr Pawlicki it would have been good for all parties as Britain gets to keep their number one rider and he gets to have meetings in March and April before the GP's start. As it is now it is looking more and more like they are not going to get another heat leader and will settle for club assets like Karlsson and Wells to complete the team. Would Davey Watt and Richie Worrall be a better combination ? Is there any chance of Maciej Janowski coming in from Poole and Wolves keeping the popular Lasse Bjerre ? Whichever is the strongest option is up for speculation but one thing Wolverhampton are known for is their loyalty to assets and therefore Wells and Karlsson seem to be the most likely combination at the moment.

Lukasz Sowka He is no longer under 21 and at at Rseszow he may find a team place hard to keep so they could look at giving him a season in Britain to help him progress. When he was at Wolverhampton he was under pressure from his team but that is different now he is over 21.

Tai explains in the Speedway Star that he feels he is much better for him to stay fit and healthy during 2015 and that means something had to change. He says how deals in Sweden and Poland were sorted some time ago and as he pointed out during this year if the Elite League was changed to a more fixed calendar then he (and others) would consider riding here. He doesn't want to miss riding here but he now has a racing calendar of Sunday Tuesday and the GP's which suits him and others like Greg KK and Nicki (top three) just fine. My original post was simply saying that once the season approaches he could start regretting not racing here as the other leagues start late in the year. He does say he will look at his options in 12 months time but Tai is a racer and could be tempted to sign for the first few months before being released

Holder and Watt is clearly their main target but will Janowski or Pawlicki like to be considered as the consolation signing if Darcy is ruled out of the season. With North already signed it would leave 9.98 for the last two places which could point to a 3.00 rookie and Pawlicki or Watt or Gracjzoneck or Milik for a strong top four which with two very good reserves should be strong enough to carry one rider.

Taking away those that can't fit in due to the same race night is there anyone else that is and knows the track as well as him ?
-
I wouldn't count Tai Woffinden out of the running completely yet. He will not want to be sitting around til April or May to start league racing and could change his mind in the new year.
-
PK to return ? His big problem has been getting a set up to work for him with the new silencer but that could change and the real Peter Karlsson would be seen again. Wolves obviously have first choice on his services but they really need a heat leader so two six point riders may not interest them. Jonsson Bech Lawson Karlsson Kennett Could be solid and certainly strong at home.

Tier 2 draft riders were not ranked so it was simply first come first served. Ashley Morris is not the answer as he wasn't too good at Wolverhampton and is now trying to come back from a long spell on the sidelines. Oliver Greenwood should be in the list but one rider that is there is James Cockle who certainly knows the track

It takes some Bottle to post that :-)

No they don't so if one signs the other won't fit. With PK it leaves 6.19 so riders that fit are Zengota, Korneliussen or Wells. With Kylmakorpi only Zengota wouldn't fit from those three but Wolves are looking at getting a heat leader to back up Lindgren who will be fighting to get back on Mondays after signing to ride in Latvia in the Polish Leagues.
-
Richie Worrall is a rider that would interest Poole as he fits nicely in the space left when they add Shamek or Watt and Gracjzoneck or Milik to Holder and North. Adrian Meidzinski is rumoured to be lining up in the UK next season and most put him going back to Poole. However he is now team mates with Doyle at Torun so it could be here races for Leicester before both fly out to Poland ?
-
Having a low average rider would suit Poole who have the assets to build a strong top four in something like Holder Watt and North along with anyone like Ward Hancock or Sayfutinov (last two not assets) Then when the low rider gets a new average above four or five they get replaced by a rider that already has that figure now like Klindt or a new face.
-
Wolves are in talks with a heat leader to back up Lindgren and while it points more towards Hancock there is the fact that Ashley Holloway does Freddie bikes as well as Emil. It would mean only 4.31 for the last place but Emil has a new average around seven points so Lasse Bjerre could come in by April but who would come in for the first few matches ?
-
Quite interesting that Kings Lynn have their own stadium to help practice or be used by others to get in some laps for the younger riders but what has been done to get this done ? Tai Woffinden has asked for the venue to be made available to help the Team GB get in some practice and involve the younger riders like Newman and Garrity but was turned down. So is there anyone using the venue for some pre meeting practice ? YES Leszno have it booked for three days and in return are going to let Kings Lynn have a meeting against them at Saddlebow Road with Pedersrn Sayfutinov Pawlicki brothers and THJ plus Wolverhampton new signing Tobiasz Musielak. Good business for both teams and it's a shame that it couldn't be a challenge match against Team GB instead with Woffinden Harris Stead Cook Newman Garrity and a few others benefiting from some early race time.
-
Gracjzoneck Milik and Gustafsson fits in but they will look at Pawlicki or Janowski rather than Gustafsson meaning someone from 4.92 - 5.57 Holder Pawlicki North Milik Worrall Newman Starke
-
Holder and North as heat leaders doesn't look too good but it depends who the other three are as North was a second string last season and won't have it so easy in 2015. They have a solid reserve pairing but they will need second strings that can score big points and a second top rider to back up Holder. If it's not Ward then could it be Hancock or Emil or club asset KK.
-
Not really as Piotr used Tobiasz Musielak mechanic who now lives in England
-
Does help yes. Protasiewicz signed as a Poole asset and has never ridden here since.
-
Maybe they haven't signed him on THAT average
-
Riders mainly don't like the shape and lines available to them at Leicester as they often have to enter the bend at a certain line or risk going off line. Simple changes could make it much better racing and more enjoyable for all concerned.
-
Assets are vital in getting together a team of your choosing or at least the foundations. Otherwise it is a case of waiting to see what's left or when they are allowed to talk to riders. However an asset could easily walk out and demand he wants away and made available to other teams straight away. They can't do much to stop them riding elsewhere and at least will get a transfer fee or a loan fee. Wolverhampton have received more fees for Nicki Pedersen than the transfer fee they paid for him and that is useful for any club.
-
Can't blame Cook for going back to Edinburgh as he couldn't get fixed up in Poland and Sweden so had to stay in the PL really. Had Belle Vue not have protected Worrall they could have got Blackbird or Wright and had a chance of Rose or Sarjeant in the second pick
-
Which Premier League team he has signed for most likely. Wolves have two options for another heat leader and if either signs it would be a good move while the two riders they are looking at as a second string are both potential match winners but also prone to 0 1 0 2 now and again. There does seem to be some difference in some riders averages for next season and if they are correct then Wolves will start as favourites in 2015.
-
Don't see how Freddie can get his average reduced even if the race format is harder now as Scott Nicholls and Jason Doyle increased their averages as did Piotr Pawlicki really. Wells is at Workington but no signs yet that Ty Proctor and Nicolai Klindt have places in the Premier League where they both need to be rather than the Elite League
