  1. Nice to know some other Brits are going--we are driving down and will be going to Gorican the next day also.
  2. Must say i'm very impressed with the majority of the Cradley fans comments on here most of them are level headed and constructive and i really hope the quality of posts remain the same. I really expected to be beaten again last night but was pleasantly suprised and it gives us some hope. The Cradley fans near us were gracious in defeat--not a trait i remember from the 70s and 80s not that they were beaten often lol Say what you like about Porky i think he did a good job last night and emphasised how lucky we all are to have both of our teams running and we should get behind them both so kudos there i think. So i hope the entente cordiale between our clubs continues on here.
  3. Response from a typically myopic Cradley fan Response of a Cradley fan who knows his stuff
  4. How will we fare any better--by three points if Cradley hit 60---joker lol
  5. Zach is the one to watch in our team i think ---i like his riding style.
  6. I hope they sort the track out as it was chronically boring last year--Helsinki and Tampere are awesome and the people are friendly and look out for the lemon and liqourice ice cream yum!
  7. I agree bloody sacrilege that statement--not fit to polish his leathers!
  8. Brummies legend Graham Warren my dad said he was amazing! In my lifetime it would have to be Kelly Moran.
  9. I have no positive expectations of the speedway hierarchy at all these days i take a pragmatic and philosophical view on the sport these days----it ain't gonna change unfortunately.
  10. Really looking forward to visiting Buxton again next season now we have a team to race you---i'm sure plenty of Brummies fans will make the trip too!
  11. Well thanks for your sympathetic thoughts--i'll be sure to say the same to you if you ever lose your team and have no team to watch!
  12. You might get a few of us Brummies up there to watch Nico now :-)
  13. Drove all the way from Poland from 4am after watching Gorzow vs Zielona Gora to get to the track off the ferry to arrive 15 mins before the start was well impressed by the facilities and stadium but what a borefest not one single pass after 1st lap 2nd bend until Simon Lambert in HT 13 needless to say on my next journey back i won't be visiting again as the track is awful and not condusive to good racing imho.
  14. Not even a full program included either just a race sheet!
  15. So you are basically saying Lakeside and Eastbourne don't have a bigger home track advantage than anyone else---------TOSH
  16. Rolls almost every time--he was doing it at Birmingham last week;i hope they do get wise to him tbh.
  17. Was gutted this was off as i drove back from Poland to get to it :-( Gonna try again August BH :-)
  18. C'mon Tigers fans wasn't it your first hit out? We were terrible in our first match against Belle Vue but it's best to get the gremlins out in a meaningless match which i actually enjoyed and Albin against Covatti was a crackin race. Good luck for the new season--Sheffield is always a great place to visit :-)
  19. Excellent i remember my one visit when they demolished Glasgow;it certainly was an interesting venue lol
  20. Looking forward to my visit on May 20th against Stoke i have been to Central Park to watch the football once with Hednesford Town should be a great venue :-)
