Credit to Redcar and there promotion for putting a meeting like this on, I hope it gets the support it deserves. It is nice to see that both Berwick and Redcars new promotions are attempting to put in a long term plan for the sport in the areas. -

I like Lakesides promotion and IMO they do deserve a meeting of some prestige But surely it would benefit the kids to have a meeting on a big track. Qualifying from Lakeside isn't going to benefit them if they end up some where like Poland on a track about 3 times the size. Just my opinion of course. Well done Bridger.

Deary me , what a poor attempt at a wind up, trying to make Makosvky look bad yet all is does is make Ashworth look like more of a fool Like you say you weren't there, clearly not among the travelling Sheffield fans, some of the best in the league like I said, even if they were of that attitude that a rider deserved that , doesn't say much about them as a person does it, so Im guessing if they said he deserved it , it was that dirty little cheating thug Ashworth Not many there that night said Makovsky deserved it. But Like you said, why talk about on this thread.

Shut Up ? Constructive, I would say highlighting a dangerous rider is constructive Great that this meeting got the support it deserved. Lets hope its moved around the country so that one trick pony thugs like Ashworth don't get to race in the meeting. But I guess being from Manchester the thuggery has been in him since birth

Going by the ever excellent poster on here SCBs comments it would seem what he has done he has done but he has decided to do it again, hence why it is brought up A rider goes out of his way to harm another, yet some have a problem with it being brought up on a speedway thread, very confusing, I dont need to tarnish Ashowrths name is doing a good enough job of that him self The cowardly thug that he is . Maybe Ashowrth should take yer advice and take it up with a rider to there face rather than attacking them from behind or taking wild kicks at them. Then we wouldn't be having this ever constructive conversation and having to use such grown up phrases as " window licker " in the first place.

Doolan and Rymel are both quality riders and will both add more to team spirit than Stoney has for the last 3 or 4 years IMO Both also have a spot on attitude towards there racing -

Its a factual statement any one that has watched him on a regular occurrence knows he isn't ready for the GPs yet. Woffinded him self admitted that he might struggle to compete with some of the Elite League riders It isn't just ability he is well behind them in terms of equipment and backing It just takes time, he will get there one day though -

Holder has turned it down so they have asked Zager ?. Hampel and Holder first reserves ?. I agree with Niclas the way the Grand Prix system is it will take a rider two season to really establish them selves in the GP and cope with the demands put on them , more so at a young age. They could do worse than set up a mini GP for qualification say 4 rounds in Poland, Sweden, Britain and Denmark With riders 9-15 from the GP the season before and then the highest place riders from the National Championship who aren't in the GP eg Kennet ( GB ) , Zorro ( Sweden ) , Sckornicki ( Poland, Holder ( Oz ) and so on. -

Lindgren just lacks consistency that will come with experience, put in a decent first GP year IMO -

The GP is about the best riders in the world if you can name me the riders better than Nicholls to keep him out the GP I will be shocked.
