Okay no problems. My copy is available if needed. It will still be in the same drawer for a long time so won’t miss it. I’m still on Kelly Moran’s book. M Lee’s was a good read but I think we all knew most of the content. Little tip on eBay. I wouldn’t place a bid with 3 days to go, it often ends up just pushing the price up. Leave it to the last 30 mins of the closing day. Good luck.

There is a copy on eBay but not in great condition. Currently bidding at £20 with 3 days to go. Others available for £50. Or you can bid for a signed copy starting at £140. Amazon are out of stock. The last time I looked the used book was valued at +£100. The offer is there if you need it, it is a great read. You sound very much like a trusting guy. Also you’ve told us where you work :-)

It really is a good read. Although difficult to get hold of now due to being sold out. Which increases the price considerably. I don’t mind posting my copy to you then return when finished.

The best book I’ve read is, ‘Alan Carter: Light in the Darkness: The Truth About Mal, Kenny and Me’. One of those books you just can’t put down. Opens your eyes as to why Kenny had Alan had their demons.

For some reason PC has never remained a favourite of mine. Always felt he wasn’t a people person. Always some connection missing, but this was in my younger days. After what he wrote in Steve’s book I feel proved correct. A very bitter man.

Me too, absolutely no way I could attend Speedway at the worst track in British Speedway. However, I’m pleased there are Wolves supporters that do. Small track Speedway is not for me. Each to their own.

It really doesn’t matter how far it is from the EoES if you’re coming from Cambridge. What is the best route? It also doesn’t matter as Fengate will never happen, therefore this discussion is pointless.

Totally wrong instructions coming from Cambridge to Fengate, the parkway will take you straight there (so imagine you are taking the P) - but it’s not going to happen, the site is already sold for housing. Even if it wasn’t it’s a very large residential area, no chance of planning permission. Let’s get this one off the table - there will never be Speedway in this area. Not a chance.
