This meeting is a play-off semi final, to which Poole were also ‘in’. Unfortunately the weather intervened. Agree the rule is poorly written but you know what it is supposed to mean. Isn’t that all that matters? Or would you prefer to see a rider ko’d in one semi final and guest in the other? Request to BSPA to change the word ‘in’ to ‘qualify’.
Great to see and follow several positive prospects coming through the British youth development programme. However, this Bewley chap appeared from nowhere to NLRC and a vital PL & CL team member in only 2 seasons. Amazing natural talent - reminds me of when Screen hit the scene.
So it's now turned into a witch hunt of rumours and Chinese whispers. Often resulting in tarnishing innocent parties as the process of elimination, guessing and assumption gathers pace. PR declined to name names for the reason stated, which in my opinion should be respected.
Kenny's younger brother, Alan Carter's book, Light in the darkness: The truth about Mal, Kenny and Me, the best book I have read. Highlights some of the sad demons within.
Pleased I took the one off discount offer. Just need to remember to cancel after October. Although in my past experience with anything Setanta that will mean cancelling the card.
Agree with your vote. Although my preference would be to balance the volume between racing action and commentary. In my opinion the racing is too silent on Premier Sports.
This Swindon team have ripped up the form book and the majority expectations / predictions. Impossible to compare v previous Swindon teams, too much change. Good luck sustaining this form in the cup 😉 The play offs are the necessary evil - always a bonus if the table toppers win it.
Great concept but unfortunately never been successful. Given the additional 'conflicts of interest' they face today, it's a potential, pointless farce.
Hancock will and absolutely should be the first wild card pick for next seasons GP series. Like or loathe his record is incredible, undeniable and unlikely to ever be surpassed. No rider in the history of the GP series has deserved a wild card entry more. Whether you like the guy or not is completely irrelevant, in my opinion.
Very enjoyable and entertaining meeting. Lindback gave me a good run for my money until cocking up the last bend, doh!!!!! Well played Bart. Great Speedway.
