No complaints from me... as for Ans, time will tell on that one. There's not much between the leagues this year and he's currently 4th in the Peterborough averages. Doesn't matter what he says on socials it's what he does on track that will show whether he's still a number 1

If you thought the track was slick and the meeting was prolonged, you should have seen some of the other meetings this season. The track was in far better condition than it has been for a long long time and the match was completed in 92 minutes with a 10-15 minute interval... on a lovely summer's Saturday night, with a healthy crowd, with many good races, it was one of the better nights at Leicester Speedway. Perhaps the performance of your team has clouded your judgement? Things looked up for Scunny with King and Lambert heading for a 5-1 in heat 1 until "Ans" Andersen managed to pick Lambert off. So 75-15 went out the door from the start Personally, I'm not sure "Ans" is a number one these days, hope he proves me wrong but I'd like to see him at 3 or 4 (if the rules permit)

In my effort to try and get my head around the way Sweden name their Speedway teams, I ran them through Google translate and here are the results: The Blacksmiths The Ducks Vastervik The Lion Vetlanda Rospiggarna The Masses The Indians The Pirates Question: Why do some teams use their emblem name and others use their location name? It makes it mighty confusing when sometimes in commentary clubs are referred to with both/either or any of their names like Kumla/Inianarna/The Indians... sometimes it's like 6 teams are on show. "arna" seems to indicate "the" and the previous part of the word except for Rospiggarna which Google won't translate... what's a Rospigg? Some kind of Pig? Why haven't Vetlanda or Vastervik got other names? Confused

Imo, KL is a shadow of the "race" track it used to be, that's the reason I have absolutely no interest in attending as a neutral anymore, I used to get along to Lynn about 5 or 6 times a season... I've been 5 or 6 times in the last 10 years

Agree with you... well at least 66.6% Killer falls off if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction and he seemed alright with it after the incident With Lahti, Nicki didn't move off his line, was marginally in front when Lahti came off, there was still a lot of track left to ride and the throttle goes both ways Birkemose would do well to wind his neck in and show a bit more respect to the 3 x World Champ, all his histrionics after the incident was embarrassing To be involved in 3 incidents in one night is unusual and the law of averages says there's going to be one wrong decision, no excuse for any alleged violent behaviour but nothing wrong with a frank exchange of opinions
