I've seen the rostrum on the SGP socials but it's a bit disrespectful for nobody at SGP towers to put the full results up on their website, they're quick enough to praise themselves about SGP4 but can't be arsed to spend 2 minutes updating the website!

... So it's just the SGP4 results we're still waiting for, coming soon according to the website!

Call me an old cynic but "exciting new era" sounds very much like a "5 year plan" to me and look what happened to the last "new era" that WBD brought us! I do hope I'm wrong but there has been no change in the personnel in charge and they've proven themselves over the years to be devoid of any ideas to revive the sport.

I heard that and I hope they don't get in trouble for "promoting" a NORA meeting, if indeed it is a NORA meeting. And would that help Peterborough's cause as we know how petty and vindictive BSPL is when it comes to NORA.

Do you know who decides the format, wc's etc. Is it the promoter or the FIM?

They're all over on the Brady Kurtz 2025 World Champion topic thread celebrating his... oh hang on 🤔 I've got to say that was the toughest, most closely fought match I've seen over both legs for quite some time, something that many over on the Polish topic threads say we just don't see over here in the UK! Both teams left it all out on the track unlike in the other semi. I do wish Lions wouldn't celebrate like they've won the league when they qualify for the final, they did this last year and you then look rather silly when you don't turn up in the final. Yes, be happy but it gives off an air of job done for me, where the job is far from done... same again in the final please.

Well, somebody should have told Jack Holder that last Thursday night vs Leicester, his 2 races vs Douglas and Fricke were incredibly risky and a joy to watch. Whether that was more down to personal rivalry than club rivalry is probably a fair question to ask, it certainly wouldn't have been for the money. But don't be too quick to do British Speedway down, it still has its moments

You could have just about made a case for him being in the 2025 series based on his 2024 form but he's spent most of 2025 on the injured list, not for the first time it'd be baffling if he got a pick.

To be fair, that was your choice, I attended every year and always paid for the cheapest ticket available and never had anything other than a perfect view of the action. I'll say that after WBD took the event over, it seemed to be a lot less fun.

I thought Jack Holder was excellent for Tigers, he didn't get the points for his efforts and left it all out on the track, not bad for a GP rider with an Ekstraliga final coming up to put that kind of effort in for a tin pot league championship. I've said before, I quite like his cocky arrogance when he's won a race, it gets a reaction from people.

I don't know what you paid but my last ticket for Cardiff was £23... same as a league match!

Not so sure about that, especially for the younger ones, aren't Rew and Lidsey based in Poland? I assume the likes of Masters with his family and maybe Douglas are UK based? A lot would depend on visa and family situations
