Why was there a run of for 1st? When nobody cares who wins this meeting. Surely the run off that was needed was for 4th and 5th in case Fricke qualifies in the top 6 in the GP's.

It is tremendously difficult, the forecast for the next few hours seems to be changing on the hour... which is why you just can't rely on a weather forecast in this country. Personally I don't like to see matches called off unless there's actual real rain, but like you say I don't own a club. But what ever happened to preparing a track for forecasted rain, having sawdust ready in case... and dare I say it, track covers... all this 2nd guessing with what the weather is going to do is doing the sport no favours at all.
