  1. I was working away from home for a few years and would regularly travel over from Warrington and Bradford, sadly now I'm back in Leicester it's 100 miles away, if i were less than 20 miles away I'd be there every week... it's the best speedway racing track in the world for me.
  2. The pay offs need reducing, drastically. Top of the league goes through to the final, 2nd & 3rd into a semi, winners to the final. It's been ridiculous this season how long Leicester have had to wait for Poole to get their arses into gear
  3. Nice to see the Belle Vue promotion parading the trophy around in front of the fans (even if a lot of them haven't turned up) something we sadly didn't do when we won the Championship League title for the first time ever at Leicester
  4. Has nobody thought of setting fire to the track?
  5. Track looks very grippy... which isn't always great around the NSS, hope I'm wrong
  6. I'm pretty sure the Leicester track is available 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year and as Shovvy suggests it'll have to be an NDL rider to guest or rearrange travel arrangements
  7. Nobody can control the weather where ever it's held... which WILL be at Leicester
  8. rider availability might be an issue where ever it's run... which WILL be at Leicester
  9. Why on earth would that be? There is no problem at all with stadium availability, we run into November, simple as that, you guys set that precedent last year
  10. If Mr Ebdon is coming out of retirement we may as well go for a Quadruple header and pull the Jubilee Trophy in as well... all done and dusted by 10pm
  11. I was going to mention him... but I'm still trying to forget
  12. You're forgetting the tides, when there's a high tide the Leicester track doesn't drain that well I though it was a couple of fans... can't really remember tbh
  13. Good news! It's stopped raining... although the sun isn't out yet and the drying wind is yet to blow. I'm sure there's currently a man (or woman) with a spade and a wheel barrow relaying the BP track
  14. I know he doesn't... but your talisman let your club down badly and not just on that night
  15. The damage has already been done, rain forecast for tomorrow and Saturday, track curator on sick leave... just going to have to leave it to November, common sense should prevail
  16. Can't he just get married on the centre green... like the couple did at Edinburgh a few years back (if my memory servers me) I think Shovvy's volunteering isn't he?
