Any news on Peter Kildemand, i did hear he was injured last night.

On Friday afternoon Greg gave a young fan a signed cap (after some other fan shouted down to the parking area to him) nice one Greg.

Did anyone else have trouble buying a programme for the GP, i left it late in the afternoon and by then were all sold out and did not see any for sale at the stadium? Will they be for sale in this weeks Speedway Star?

Well done to Glasgow Tigers on a great win with Worky doing very well too, which made for a very enjoyable evening which was only slightly spoilt by the rain....the track not too clever in the semis and final....what took so long after the heats, surely not the tyre changes. Why after persistent rain did the track staff continue to water the track? Some great racing throughout the night which on balance was prbabaly better than the GP the next day.

Is that the Wetherspoons on the main st in front of the stadium?

Sorry bit off topic but just watched the "Bomber legend"...clip, still fires up all the emotions, thanks Truebee. If Steady and King were fully fit and in form they could also have been in the frame.....i know all ifs and buts.

Agree, i attended two years ago and enjoyed it more than the GP the following day.

Disagree George, a fan or the ref should hopefully judge a race on the helmet colour/rider not the personality.....but we are all human!

Does anyone know Workingtons top 3 average riders as of June 1st?

PL average admission around £14.00, BSPA meeting, about 23 heats of Speedway, admitedley £20.00 is a lot for some people in these financlly challenging times.

Teams declared apart from Workington......

I went to Copenhagen a few years ago, not for the Speedway though, as you say its not cheap but a good city to visit and the Carls Special is very nice.
