  1. Its way past my bedtime but ive had a good time reading this....Primeminister!!
  2. Cannot see Workington moving up, costs, no local derbies, riders not willing to travel north,Saturday night racing at DP, although we used to race on Fridays , etc....oh and racing usually better in PL
  3. Agree not enough meets for them just to do EL, even if they get limited meetings in Poland.
  4. Finally back on line..... So, its that time of year again to say big thanks to all the updaters and texters , well done one and all. Also take a bow and a medal....Crazy Sue.
  5. From what i have read in the SS Eastbourne £70k and in the PL Glasgow £50k.....no doubt many more have suffered major losses again this year...then again we have had new clubs joining the Leagues Birmingham, Plymouth and Bradford thinking about re starting.
  6. Sky sports cancelled again for the winter.....or longer?
  7. PL=Workington. Positive- Racing, socialising/banter with fans. Negative- TR, long drawn out meetings.
  8. Hope to see Glasgow back next year....£50k losses !! wonder how many other clubs made a loss this season...clearly many PL clubs cannot run in the current League set up with such small crowd figures?
  9. Has any one got a link to the BBC interview, thanks! http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01jgh9t
  10. Richard Lawson would be the first name on my team sheet for 2014 but its all up in the air until the League structure and points limit has been sorted out..........no doubt after the conference the usual lines will be trotted out...."we look forward to the new season with optmism and fresh hope for the future".....new helmet colour and a different points limit.
  11. Welll done Tai but think Iversen will be more than a spolier next year.
