How can a no 8 go to reserve as he's there to replace a missing rider in the main body?. Only asking or is that another rule missed?.

New Averages (team Line Up Changes Updates)
Crazy robin replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
All these changes & Kyle Newman in his 6th season at reserve stays their after being completely outshone by Adam Ellis😉 -
To use football as an example a team that finishes bottom will be relegated because they haven't had enough money to get the players that the other teams have. Yes Matt has to do everything that is right for his club but the other clubs can't & shouldn't stay in the Elite league if they can't compete. Where will the Elite league stand if they lose more teams like Birmingham, Eastbourne, Peterborough who have decided to ride in the other leagues.

I can't remember a speedway rider who has said about his personal problems as much as Davey. It's going to take a brave club to give him another chance, which I hope he gets as he's been a good servant to British speedway.

Rosco isn't that daft.

It seriously finished alot of the fans I used to go with at Swindon but at least Robbo is just under 40 so has years ahead of him to improve
-
An Elite league team would have to be mad or desperate to sign Davey who will find his average will probably rule him out of a Premier League slot as well.

What a joke that Paul Starke's early season form & progress into the top 5 earned him the privilege of being taken out of his last ride tonight. To be replaced by Nicolai Klindt a foreign rider shows what a joke this sport has become. There should've been a rule that meant if a reserve moved up he MUST have his 4 rides or is that too much to ask?.

What these stupid promotors who voted for this should ask themselves is, has this FDR & race format increased their fan base or driven more away?. I know from fans I used to go with that they don't go anymore & they are the biggest reasons. All the while Kyle Newman has been outshone by Adam Ellis & stays at reserve. Will he ever get a place in the top 5 after how many seasons at reserve?.

Not his rolling average as Brady is going to reserve not Davey?. -

Is Davey's average low enough to drop down to the Premier League yet as that is probably going to happen sooner rather than later. Those are the rules so just like all the other poor rules brought in it will stay & does the sport no good at all. -

He also said Brady didn't score many points in the shield but got paid 10😉 -

A great win for The Robins & 6+1 from Richie's rides which is more than he probably would've got. Only difference is Jacobs had 4 rides not 3 if Belle Vue were not using R/R. What a difference a week makes for Charles & hope his confidence doesn't get dented with the madness of riding as a heat leader. -

Funny how 2 Poole fans are moaning about the track when it took them how long to repair the massive hole between bends 1 & 2 -

Interesting fact for the Robins is that with Rohan at reserve tonight it will all 7 riders tonight would have rode at reserve for us in the last 6 years. -

A big Belle Vue win hopefully but with it being a new track there will be no home advantage for the Aces. Lucky Poole again😉 -

So much for your this will be closer than some think!! -
How on earth does it favour Swindon?. The way I see it we've lost one of the only 2 riders who are real racers & one who was capable of having 7 rides to give us half a chance of not getting hammered. We've in turn now got a journeyman Premier League foreigner who can only ride on slick tracks. The reserves should only have been able to move up to 2nd string regardless of their FALSE average they've attained. Good luck to Charles & any other rider who moves up & probably loses one of his rides to the foreigner who has now dropped to reserve. To think that they think fans think they thought this through is a joke.
