Oh yeah, what a Wally:-)
-
You would've been the first one if Britain were successful to say it was all down to Middlo but then try & exempt him from any blame when it was shocking.
-
Will that mean Richard will ride for Lakeside if there's a fixture clash with Workington now he's their assett?.
-
I wasn't made aware of that fact until yesterday & if true which is usually from a good source then Swindon don't really have a leg to stand on.
-
Fair comments. You're right on the first bit & I enjoy a couple of visits to Somerset each season & in 2013 they were a superb team with Jason & Nick leading the way. Dissapointed to see it seems both won't be back in 2014.
-
Nick has never signed a contract for 2014 with the Robins & was only agreed by word from what I've been told & I guess this is where Swindon could find themselves with problems.
-
I think you'll find he spelt the name in a way which some find relevant to them but just missed the first name, which also has S & T in it but only four letters.
-
How many times does this come up & for how many years is it going to keep getting brought up?. Unless a rider decides to challenge the "contract" debate like Bosman did in football it's totally irrelevent. Can't see a rider doing that somehow.
-
If I was promotor of Swindon I don't think I'd be keen to help Somerset out any time soon after they released Nick somehow.

Who Was The Best Rider In The World In 2013?
Crazy robin replied to Gavan's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I think Tai will handle whatever is put in front of him as the lad has had to go through much tougher & more important things in his life & has done it so far. I wish him well as he deserves everything he has achieved & will go on to achieve. -
Interesting how they say what happened to Ashley Birks might be held against him though. The most succesful British team manager in the last few seasons & won the League with 2 teams unlike the previous team manager who has never moved out of his comfort zone so it's got to be Rosco surely.

Who Was The Best Rider In The World In 2013?

2013 WORLD CHAMPION - TAI WOFFINDEN. Depends if you act like a grown man or a teenage girl really though Colin which seems in short supply in Bridport these days. -
Who Was The Best Rider In The World In 2013?
Crazy robin replied to Gavan's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Can you someone please tell me where they'll put all the injuries to other riders in 2013 that gifted Tai the title in the Speedway honours book?. All it will say is WORLD CHAMPION 2013- TAI WOFFINDEN & opinions are one thing but the plain facts will be there forever which is the most important fact. End of. You're wasting your time trying to reason with someone who's posts sound like a besotted teenage girl most of the time. -
Good post from the teenage girl in Dorset.
-
Neil has a lot to answer to by the looks of things then:-)
-
Can't see him stopping praising Poole when they're letting him have his farewell meeting there.
-
Will depend on how the refs let riders get away with rolling at the start as Hans is the worst I've seen closely followed by Craig Cook. Think he will be there all there about's though.
-
Crikey I didn't realise that Neil Middleditch was part of Michael Lee's career going off the rails. What a track record he has of helping keep young riders on the straight & narrow:-)
-
I certainly don't.

Which Riders Will Miss Out?
Crazy robin replied to skoobie's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Always liked Robin as a rider & when he was at Swindon he was also well liked off the track. -
As wrong as I was to say your opinion was "rubbish" it's a bit harsh to say that post was "arrogant" surely as yes rubbish was a word I shouldn't have used.
-
Never said best rider in GP history at all so don't know where you got that bit from.
-
Totally agree & the post from Colin was very poorly thought out really when you consider the quality of riders Leigh rode against but will wait for his reply with all the riders he thinks were better.
-
I didn't know you were a fortune teller as well. Absoloute rubbish as look at Leigh's GP record & where he finished most seasons in fields that were miles better than the dross that get into it now. Name me a rider who didn't win the World Title in GP history that was better than Leigh then in both the GP's & even League racing as I certainly can't think of any????????
