Amazing how Skidder has so much to say on Josh's situation as it seems talks have already taken place between him & another Elite lge club which happens to be wait for it the club Skidder supports. Yes it's the right decision for Josh to ride for a Premier Lge down the road from him especially as he was clearly going to travel with Ashley Birks whilst on Robins duty until that fell through. The main issue should be that it doesn't matter whether it's a foreign rider coming in on a dodgy average or a draft system there always seems to be a loophole some want to exploit. Josh will get plenty of chances to guest in the Elite lge in 2014 which is fair enough but there is no way he should be allowed to join a team permanantly.

Still surprised that Swindon didn't see it coming as they would've picked someone else higher in the 2nd draft surely?.

Nick is good enough to ride abroad & give the Premier lge a miss in 2014. He is an immense talent & needs to use not doubling up as a positive.

There has only been one promotor who moaned about the draft reserve & only one group of fans who've mentioned that rider being replaced. No other clubs fans or promotor have said anything but it's classed as fans jumping on the bandwagon when posting about it.

Amazing really when you think Swundon swapped Kenny for Peter Kildeman as well. Didn't see much of Kenny at Swindon but he did ok when he did ride for The Robins.

Kyle Newman & Jason Garrity stand out & when Josh Bates replaces Lee Smart at Poole that will take some beating as a pair. Sorry just saw Superstar's post where he also mentions Josh replacing Smart.

Every winter people used to say Travis McGowan was on a bargain average but he never used to improve & I can't see Bomber improving his that much with the new format.

You might be right on that one but will he average 6 when not at reserve?. I hope he does as he did a great job for The Robins last season.

Look at the averages of Harris , Howarth, Hansen & Fisher & I can't see that much of an improvement in any of them so they are solely relying on Garrity scoring well at reserve. I just don't see it with the top 5 at all.

Might have well use the Ricoh stadium.

Apart from Coventry obviously having a good National League reserve in Garrity like Poole have with Newman I can't see why they are being rated so highly as the top 5 ain't that special. An injury to Garrity & their season could go a totally different direction.

Can't see Swindon making the play offs unless Simon, Nicolai & Steve Worrall have outstanding seasons.

Please see my reply on Dorset delight & get my posts on Poole thread of late as there isn't any. As for the other bit I find it funny how grown men are so besotted with riders let alone a promotor & that does not make me childish at all.

Not no more I think you'll find as have more in my life than worrying about things that are pretty un-important. Feel free to see when I posted on the Poole thread before this though as I know it's been a while!!!
