Gents, my intent is to speak to Blueboy & is not to have a fight but a chat as a fellow Swindon fan & then hopefully he'll then see that I'm just like him a fan & not a moaner like he thinks I am. Do riders get money back for cancelled flights as if they were flying in yesterday which Killer says he was & then didn't when the meeting was called,how does that work?. Do they just transfer the flight to today?. I travel abroad but only on holiday so guess someone will know how it works for speedway riders?.

I've ran a business & know how important to keep your customers happy & that is why I say what I say & has nothing to do with me wanting it served up on a plate. If you knew me then you'd know that isn't the case at all but guess how I post it is mis-read & that's my fault.

That does count for the majority of the fans though Bryn & the local papers are there as well.

Not the whole season I know but at least a few days before their meetings take place on their own club web-sites seems easy enough to me rather than the day of the meeting. It can't be that hard surely?.

It's quite sad to think by putting your memories that you think that because it brings back a lot of wonderful times & is great to read.

When you actually grow up & realise that you have to make sacrifices financially & that sometimes means things that your families needs come before yours then get back to me. The reasons why last season I had to not attend meetings as much as I've done for the 35 years before is something that is beyond my control & doesn't make me less of a fan than before. I made my comments at the same time as the meeting was postponed & stand by them as Swindon have done the same in the past & got it wrong. If you read the post I made it says if all the promotors are going to make this a regular thing then just tell the fans & at least they know how it is. I hope that answered your juvenile questions & await with baited breath your response.

I can speak about loyalty & I can speak about a business making decisions on what might happen as supposed to what does happen. I will apologise when the need arises but am not going to this time as it's a cop out to keep doing these sort of things & it never used to be the case. So you can call me whatever you want but don't ever question my loyalty to Swindon speedway.

How is that relevant as Ty has paid out expecting to ride in both leagues & now only has the Elite so unless Somerset are paying him that money back he's clearly out of pocket. He's also obviously now only got one income as opposed to the two he was banking on when undertaking his financial package.

Poole riders are all in the country as rode last night & Swindon are at Lakeside tomorrow so guess riders are already here also. It's all about opinion I guess really as some will be fed up & some will agree but can't see how travel expenses can be used as a reason this time.

What about the fans who've changed shifts or like my mate taken holiday to go tonight?. You really can only take fans for granted for so long before they say enough is enough. Not me being Mr Grumpy as I know a lot of fans who feel the same way. For once Steve I agree with you 100% & this isn't the first time Swindon have done this either. If speedway promotors all agree on these sort of decisions then just tell the fans that's how it will be going forward rather then at least they know.
