Kings Lynn V Belle Vue 16/4

Yet another meeting dictated to by the difference at reserve of both teams. A good idea but such a cock eyed way of administering it. -
Swindon & Poole Home And Away On April 18

Fair play to Steve & Swindon for sorting Friday morning out & such a shame they couldn't have sorted a deal out to make him a Robin's asset before Belle Vue snapped him up. -
Cheers Steve.
-
There again being an asset & actually riding for them is never a certainty.
-
Those lads you name are adding something but not sure what the others are adding really as they are pretty much just cannon fodder even in the reserves races. It would've been better that they were chasing the likes of Auty, ,Birks & Roynon & that both reserves had to have their 4 rides per meeting.

You love it:-)

The clown spoils this forum with the bile they post & it's so hard at times to just ignore it so can someone please tell me how I block them?.

Let's just hope Kyle is back soon as the last thing needed now is for the new under 21 champ to suddenly become available & allowed to join ANY CLUB as that clearly would be wrong.

What a joke that a sportsman who is paying his own way for him & his family to stay in the country is treated this way. He did sound emotional on Monday & it's well known that Ryan loves travelling to each meeting with his family & whilst he takes no prisoners on the track he has a soft side. We left all these people over here to claim whatever benefits they want & then do this to someone who pays his own way. DISGUSTING

Think it's a mistake for Steve to ride for the same team as Richie & he said it himself but great news for Belle Vue as he's started the season really well.
-
I think you're right that it's because they opted out originally. Here, here as he's had some bad injuries already in his career & hope it's not as bad as it sounds.
-
But it's proving hard to find riders to guest when the draft riders are missing anyway so what's the difference if Birks, Auty & Roynon were included. It's not perfect or was never going to be but I really think those lads should've been included & it should've been an open draft this season & then looked into it. It also should've been that both riders had to have 4 rides but could replace one of the top 5 riders rides.

Yeah & no-one disputes that but how many seasons ago was that & the fact that he is the rider in the draft who appeared in the National Lge longer ago than anyone else is more the issue here. Ashley Birks appeared in the National Lge after Kyle but was refused a place on the draft so no real consistency. I hope Kyle goes on to have a great career in the Elite Lge but he & Garrity should've been in the same situation as Birks & that's the issue here & not who he rides for. Hope that doesn't get lost on you. -

Yes I did & he wasn't putting himself in positions that before his injury he would've done. -

Great move by them but strange as Steve said that he wanted to go out on his own & not ride in the same team as Richie & I imagine Richie will be at Belle Vue for the long term if they have any sense. -

I just hope that once Chris gets his confidence back he doesn't suffer from not wanting to put himself in places that could result in him getting injured again. He won't be the first rider to have never been the same after such a serious injury. -

If I wanted to watch National League riders then I would pay to do it & it has nothing to do with having foreigners at reserve either. It's a view & there's no right or wrong on it that's all. Oh yeah that great 2 seasons of support & only one more season than Swindon did then so hardly makes Poole the saviours of young British riders. All credit to Poole for getting involved with Scunny which is exactly what I said but hey don't let that stop you Steve. -

Do you really think Lee Smart will get beat by Dan & Benji as I really can't see it even on the basis of Lee last night?. -

Come on Skidder even you have to admit that Poole have never supported a National Lge team & only now have a link with Scunthorpe because it suits their needs & do not have a history of bringing young British riders through?. Yes fair play to them for doing the link with Scunny as other clubs like Swindon had a chance to do it as well but please don't let that gloss over the facts of what they've done before.
