How a rumour starts!

Now that we more or less know our 6 riders, its become a guessing game for our No 7...I 'm taking a shot in the dark, so to speak and throw in the name of Tom Stokes of K/L ?

The show was good. He had white dungarees sent to her the morning of the wedding. He sent her up in a plane, got her bridesmaids and all guests to the EWR . The bridegroom had a banger in the race and the bride was driven in another banger in the same race. She went along with everything right down to Rob Godfrey marrying the couple. ...DO YOU KATE Take blah blah...... Then they all went off to have a traditional wedding as she wanted, in a lovely venue not too far away. Yes he did buy her a dress,.... ladies in the bridal shop put him on the right course. She loved the dress which was strapless, fitting through the waist- line and full at the back. You can imagine the rest if you watch the shows.

Rogero. I cannot for life of me understand what you mean about " what went on at Scunny" From the stand on the start line I could see practically everything that went on. The only thing I did notice was in one race one of your riders, I think holder made a dangerous move at high speed on I think it was Davies that resulted in a few Boos. After the race near the pits was bit of scuffle, look the other way and you'd have missed it. Now had you been talking about the Ipswich meeting. That was something happening every minute from the time that Tungate deliberately raced into Josh after the race had finished. We were a very angry crowd to say the least! Believe it or not the Scunny fans wanted desperately for you to go through to the play offs rather than Ipswich. We wish you luck now that you've achieved it.

A decent meeting last night, not one of the best but as always a good track and some brill racing. The Scorps got to grips with the situ, put in a strong effort and pulled it off to secure 6 x 5.1s on the trot., Plymouth come back with the tactical ride earning an 8. 1 that brought the Devils back into the match. Plenty to race for at that stage but Scorps come out on top. Not that I would have minded Plymouth getting the win as I would rather see them get the play-off spot than Ipswich. What happened at Scunny when Tungate deliberately raced into Josh I will never forget. He should have had a permanent ban! Go Plymouth get those needed points at Rye House.....Good luck!

A huge well done to all concerned for getting the racing on. The rain we had during the morning was only light, but that heavy shower as we were all entering the stadium I thought would have made it impossible, however the track wasn't bad. credit due to all riders who raced and under the circumstances and made it a good meeting For the 2nd meeting the track was decent and actually got to be good with the track was drying fast. Some cracking racing from the youngsters.....well done to you all! . Congratulations to the winner Jack Parkinson Blackburn.

Because Scorps got the win it was great! Both teams still deflated at the moment due to severe injuries. Get well soon Lewi, Henry, Ryan, Josh, and Ben. However The Scorps upped their game and produced a very good team performance...Welcome Zdenek to our team! got a win first time out on home track, more to come I'm sure! Theo brill what a score 15+2. A huge thanks to Josh Bates, he rode his socks off as our guest, so pleased there were quite a few from Sheffield to see him. He's come on since the days as a Scunny reserve. Pleased to see Tero again, so sorry to see him crash and go over the fence. He must be made of rubber to bounce back after that one and win ht 14.

More injuries at the fours today! So many riders out now going to be difficult to find good replacements.

Got to agree there Montie .....Scunny's season has to be put down to a lot of bad luck....David at No 1 not fit. Ryan's injury in Aussie andnot ready to race until June, then he got injured and out again. Josh out 9 weeks with injury and now Josh out again,through Tungate's madness ( I haven't forgotten his points, they want coming off that meeting) he was found guilty! The latest, our reserve Ben Wilson injured and out for the season. We have never seemed able to put out a full team. I can't remember a year like it since we've been racing at EWR. Ipswich got nothing to gloat about. We have won the league since joining the prem! personally I've written this season off but still support the lads. So GOOD LUCK SCORPS!!!!!!!

Bad news for Josh. So sorry for him. All the more reason for a Ban for Tungate . I hope SCB throw the book at him. This is giving speedway a bad name, it cannot be allowed for riders to dictate, plus whilst their at it make refs watch the track until 4 riders are back in pits! I haven't changed my mind after reading all these posts and watching the video. That incident was deliberate. Get well soon Josh. I feel for you!

TSO I'm not going to argue with you over a couple of feet. Nothing wrong with my eyesight. I only need glasses for small print. I have eye test every year and do not require them for distance or driving. I still stand by what I saw. RT is Guilty my lord!

Well I stick to what I saw. I was there and I wasn't filling in my programme like some. Tungate charged across the bend deliberately aiming at Josh and took him off. Going so fast he overshot the pit entrance. he stopped took his gloves off and walked into the pits without even showing any concern . Who the hell does he think he is.! I despair that he was allowed to continue in the meeting. THE RACE HAD FINISHED! FGS.
