  1. So many gusts? Plenty of gusts of wind from you OB as usual! lol.
  2. In this instance Poland probably do have priority and this is why. Lublin v Krosno (Jack's club) was scheduled originally for 21st April but postponed and re-set for tonight. However, at that time Wolves were to be hosting round 1 of the Pairs so, had this gone again ahead, we would have retained priority. But as Wolves v Sheffield is a fixture change arranged after the Polish match had been re-scheduled, they get first call on his services.
  3. Streamed via BSN. Wolves have booked Scott Nicholls once again whilst Nick Morris rides for Sheffield in place of Jack Holder. Details: http://www.wolverhampton-speedway.com/news.php?extend.3678
  4. Yes, but only if the opposing team is in agreement I would imagine.
  5. I wonder how long Ipswich will be permitted to run RR for Riss as he must have been out for 28 days + by now. I am comparing this to the situation Wolves are in now having to use the guest facility only for Becker up to 75% of his CMA.
  6. Yes. 010.4 TEAM NOTIFICATIONS Home teams must notify their opponents of the team line-up at least 5 days before the meeting to which the away team must respond within 24 hours with their team line-up. Notifications must be in writing, include MA’s and where applicable, the reason for facilities being used. At least 3 days before the meeting, the home promotion must log the team line-ups, including NJL and MSDL teams, at the nominated SCB website. The information must include each riders MA, details of any rider in a team’s current declaration who will be missing, the full reason for absence and the facility being used along with the name and MA of any guest rider. Further necessary changes must be notified, with reasons given, to the nominated SCB website, opponents, BSP LTD office and Referee as soon as they are known
  7. I don't know what the ruling is. Vatcher appears to have introduced one which doesn't appear to be in the 2023 SCB regs. Perhaps he, and others in the BSPL, were miffed by the fact Wolves included Scott as a temporary replacement for Luke then went back to their original declaration after Nicholls was injured in Poland just before Wolves' home fixture v Belle Vue on10th April.
  8. Jason set for his third full house in a row, Sweden yesterday, Poole today, both 15 point maximums.
  9. This Saturday, 13th May, sees the 'Celebrating Hackney Speedway' event. Details here: https://www.pwpark.com/events/celebrating-hackney-speedway/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/1981040038888988/permalink/3661160094210299/
  10. I am wondering what happens next. The BSPL ruling implies that Becker is no longer a Wolves rider but, as a concession, they have allowed them a guest facility at 75% of his CMA. Therefore, when he recovers from injury and ready to ride, Wolves will have to re-declare and sign him as a new rider. He retains his original average so, if he cannot be fitted in with the points limit, they will have to make further team changes in order that he may be accommodated.
  11. The PZM don't have priority. You are referring to the Lublin v Krosno fixture arranged for the 15th May and affecting Doyle and Holder. In theory we would have priority regarding their appearances in the Pairs. In reality, Both Ipswich and Sheffield might have compromised allowing them both to appear in the Polish match and nominating other riders to go to Wolves. However, now that the fixture has changed I would imagine Poland have priority over Jack Holder's services leaving Sheffield needing a guest or RR.
  12. Following today's postponement this becomes the first leg. Erik Riss may be back for the Witches whilst the Panthers will need a guest @1 or RR. Only Belle Vue not riding so they might call upon Brady Kurtz.
  13. The rules governing this situation are contained in the Speedway Regs. 10.5 These have been amended this year:- This facility will apply automatically for a period up to a maximum of 28 days. The Promotion may apply to the SCB Co-Ordinator for an extension Presumably this means that a club must have demonstrated having actively sought a replacement rider for an extension to be granted.
  14. They'll have to ride against someone next Monday. Only two home fixtures have been completed so far this year and their next free Monday is not until 17th July. So it will either have to be Ipswich plus guest ( Bewley or Kurtz) or they will need to shuffle their fixture list.
  15. No re-staging date has been announced yet but it will be, probably, next Monday now that the pairs at Wolves is no longer taking place.
  16. Max Fricke rides as a guest for the Panthers whilst the Witches continue using RR for Erik Riss. Full preview:https://ipswichwitches.co/raceday-preview-peterborough-knockout-cup-semi-final-first-leg-a/ This fixture is due to be shown by BSN but the weather forecast for tomorrow is so poor I think this is unlikely to go ahead.
  17. The reason being put forward for reducing the pairs to a single event is to catch up on postponed meetings. Therefore, I cannot understand why Wolves home leg against Sheffield has been slotted in for the 15th now. Wolves only home postponement was against Leicester so why is that not being re-staged then?
  18. Yes, he was brought in as a temporary signing once original RS Jack Thomas was injured. How long Jack is likely to be out I don't know.
  19. I thought Kerr was sidelined for 9 days with concussion following his crash at Oxford last Wednesday.
  20. I looked here again just now. Perhaps it is out of date. Hoping for 6.15 though! https://www.tvguide.co.uk/mobile/channellisting.asp?ch=400#677455804
  21. We'll wait to see. If it is the BBC forecast you are looking at I find their predictions increasingly inaccurate. The Met Office is a much better gauge, dry and sunny for Monday
  22. Scores riding as a guest do not count towards average calculations.
