Christ, we've got an insufferable Monster/Aussie sympathiser. God save us from what this sport is becoming, with prima donna riders massaging each others huge egos and being egged on by embarrassing fans.
-
What an utter cretin Masters is. He's got form for this though so no surprise. Welcome to World Championship speedway little boy.
-
He said that all 8 promotors attended the AGM with their own little agenda. When quizzed what his agenda was, he stated that it was to have Garrity removed from the draft list, presumably so we can have him in the main body of the team and protect Barker as a tier one reserve?
-
Pointless worrying about it, we know who will win it anyway. We just don't know who the lucky team that gets to lose in the final is yet. I'd rather fold now and demolish the stadium with my bare hands than sign Bjerre. Would rather watch a Storm rider wobbling around but putting the effort in.
-
It's a pretty safe assumption that he'll only ride for Poole. The other teams appear to have zero pulling power when it comes to making exciting new signings, which is why it's rapidly turning into a one team League with the rest just making up the numbers before they fold.
-
Utter madness and a disaster for loyal Kent fans. Why jeopardise your existence and chuck your hat into the ring to try and finish runners up in the 'foregone conclusion ' League?
-
Here.
-
Here in lies part of the problem. Poole fans misconstrue that they are hated for the right reasons, i.e. because they've won a few trophies. If only that were the case. The primary reason for the bile that comes Poole's way is the tilted playing field that your owner has masterminded over the years, to the detriment of all of the other teams in the League. We're now at a point where the League is actually on the verge of collapse with no apparent chance of it being saved.
-
Here's something I can be 'right' about. Your grammar and punctuation are atrocious. Assumed from the condescending, patronising tone of your posts that you were a Poole fan. Easy mistake to make.
-
It'll be a brave rider that signs a Swindon 2016 contract given that it's extremely likely there will nowhere for them to ride in March.
-
Yyyyaaaaaawwwwnnnn. Juvenile Poole fan completely misses bigger picture.
-
Yawn. We did get past you when we had Sandhu/ Trump which is why Ford clinically removed them as his only threat. We know it's a pre-determined fiddle and that Poole will win. We don't care, we're fortunate enough that we'll be out of it in a years time (or sooner).
-
Cracking condescending match report in the echo. Appears to have been written by an 8 year old schoolboy.
-
Spot on. Why chuck good money after bad entering a League whereby the winner is pre-determined? Oh to endure another year of Poole patronising everyone with their 'you've got a real chance of beating us in this one' comments. Leave them to it and have one final fling riding weekly Speedway and enjoying some decent racing.
-
Weekly Speedway at PL level please.
-
Let's hope Kyle Howarths speedway career doesn't take him anywhere near a Bees race suit ever again.
-
Not strictly an accurate description of what happened is it? Firstly, it was ten years ago, so considerably more than 'a few'. Secondly, introducing Kylmakorpi to the team was perfectly legal by average. The crooked Peterborough promotion at the time refused to move Kylmakorpi from their team declaration (despite the fact thy hadn't paid him!) so that he was unable to be introduced to the Bees side. Just another instance of Sandhu trying to stand up for what was right and fair in the mad world of British Speedway.

When we close in little over a year, it will be a total relief not to be involved in this kind of cr@p. Pains me to say it, but actually looking forward to shutting down so the club can rest peacefully. Sad thing is, I'm not the only one that feels this way.
-
Whoosh. At least we've got one of our own I suppose.
-
He's on your side you half wit.
-
Whoosh.
-
Fair play for getting all the team news out there. Saves us all a fortune in fuel and mucking about getting time off work.
-
The Poole site suggests that Garrity is riding. I suspect he isn't.
-
Good meeting that. We rescued a draw in spite of Howarths pathetic performance. All over as a contest though sadly. I should mention that it looks like the second leg will be moved to Wednesday due to the forecast. Havvy mentioned it on the mic at the end of the meeting.
-
Only 15 quid to those that bothered to go to last Wednesday's excellent meeting against Lakeside and also included as part of the season ticket. Take note fickle fans that turn up once in a blue moon and expect a deal.
