  1. Thanks for that. Google translation worked pretty well actually!
  2. Anyone able to give a quick overview of the rules in Denmark? Watched this meeting and quite enjoyed it. Very odd race format with 5 man teams. Bjarne took a joker (green helmet) at one point and still got double points even though he didn't beat an opponent. Buczkowski and Bjarne then both appeared to take a conventional tac sub ride later on and appeared in heats they weren't programmed in. Also Rasmus Jensen appeared in both of the last two heats. Any help with TS rules and nominations for heats 13 and 14 would be appreciated.
  3. Does this call off affect Rye needing a guest for KK on Saturday? Can you use a guest for someone that's never ridden for you?
  4. I've tried to draw the conversation to this on a number of occassions, and have noted several hissy fits from riders involved on the night on social media regarding the situation. Here goes again. All the riders apparently thought the track was unsafe on the night according to J Holder, who is now claiming as much on twitter. Why didn't he, and others, back C Holder up on the night instead of leaving him to carry the can on his own? Total lack of rider solidarity. It's totally baffling to me.
  5. Sportowe fakty reported that Jack used Hancocks engine on Sunday. Seems ridiculous not to provision for replacing a rider with a season ending injury as long as it's not abused.
  6. Just a hypothetical discussion re whether they could make the team any better if they were allowed to sign them. I think everyone is well aware that Brady coming back for Worrall will be the only change to the current squad. Barring any mysterious end of season injuries!
  7. Worrall is an IR for Kurtz, so you wouldn't be able to bring Kurtz back into the team in that scenario. It's all hypothetical anyway as the rules prevent Poole from doing anything, but even if they could sign Batch and Holder right now, I still can't see how they'd get a much better side than they have now?
  8. He could but how would that help? Holder might have bettered 8 tonight, but if Poole go to Wolves in the Playoffs they'd be better off with Hans!
  9. Listen to Jacks interview on the U21 coverage. He said that riders on both teams agreed with Chris. But they didn't back him. He all but admitted helping to hang his brother out to dry.
  10. The thing that irked me regarding this sorry mess was when I heard Jack Holder interviewed during the recent coverage of the World U21 final. He basically said that none of the Poole boys wanted to ride either and the track was terrible. However, they sensed an opportunity for some free points and stayed out of it. Pretty nice way to treat your brother eh? Both sets of riders should have stuck together. We had the same situation at Coventry in 2015 of course. This time C Holder was one of the riders waiting for the home teams implosion. Two Coventry riders refused to ride in Heat 10, the track was deemed safe. 70 odd seconds later, after Holder had nearly killed Davey Watt on the first bend, Heat 10 was completed and everyone concurred the track was, in fact, unsafe. What goes around comes around I guess.
  11. Thing is, whilst you and every other Poole fan are entitled to be in a strop because you can't sign either of them, I can't really see how Poole could have made their side any better? Bringing one or both of them in would surely have spelt the end for Andersen, Kurtz or J Holder, thus rendering the changes pointless?
  12. Even more remarkably, Maciej Janowski dropped down to reserve for Dackarna in one round of the Swedish League this season!
  13. http://www.sheffieldspeedway.co/news.php?extend.2356
  14. Sky don't show speedway anymore. It isn't on BT Sport either. No meeting on TV this week.
  15. Zmarzlik winning the re-run of 21 made no difference. The Aussies still went straight to the final. The Swedes would have picked gates in the semis but that's about it. Janowski left the track in the run up to the first bend. Whether the race needed stopping is another matter?
  16. Yes. Round three of SEC. Daft really as Swindon will probably go to Rye and win now, which will just about end their slim playoff hopes.
  17. KK's 5.51 only became 'effective' on 26/7.
  18. It's the menatlity riding in the Ekstraliga is drumming into them. Individual speedway disguised as team racing. Three riders in a race, all there to be beaten.
  19. SEC on 5th August. That's the first one he'll miss.
  20. It was an odd one putting Lahti at 5 but, in reality, whoever was in that position would have found the going tough. Easy to say now that Worrall should have been there.
  21. Lindgren is riding tonight. It's Friday at Somerset he's missing.
  22. I can help you out with that one. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/5858/poole-coventry-ela-15-04
  23. Schlein fell out with Chapman in similar circumstances last year and isn't welcome back at Lynn.
  24. He lives half an hour away from the stadium with his brother, who is riding in the meeting. It's not exactly exciting news that he's there tonight is it?! He isn't Pooles solution this year I don't think.
  25. I was at Poole on Wednesday. Good meeting I thought. Anyone rating Rye or Swindon above Poole for racing belongs in the nut house!
