  1. Dunno but he does it Turn the bike on a dime I should have said
  2. And if you believe that you're as thick as a plank. He has better throttle control than any speedway rider in the world. It's one of his main strengths over the rest. He can stop the bike on a dime without losing speed. The minute a dodgy track has cropped up in SGP he's consistently been on the rostrum. I wouldn't put too much sway upon his form on a dodgy Glasgow track in an end of season friendly when riders were crashing and getting injured all over the shop.
  3. Correct. Nielsen would have been over the hill and gone if the GP had come in in the mid 80s. Telling for me that we had Jason Crump at an NSSC meeting last year and he said Nielsen was hands down the best rider he'd ever faced. Would have been easy for him to say Rickardsson having finished 2nd to him several times.
  4. 2021 has an asterix against it as there was something extremely fishy about a rider that once recorded a full minimum in a GP suddenly becoming that fast And of course Russians are renowned for their staggering fair play record
  5. Indeed, the facts are there for all to see. He's been 3rd, 6th, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 1st, 1st since entering the series regardless of whoever else was in the series at the time. To arrive at the final round of the championship for 6 straight years with a chance of winning the title or the title won is staggering. You still have to control all aspects of your own game, regardless of how weak or strong the opposition are perceived or you will fail.
  6. I love that there's no competition yet he's just won his first GP of the season at the 5th attempt halfway through the season.
  7. Except he probably wouldn't. He got lucky one year but he'd have been all at sea with a bit of damp about tonight. Very lucky in 2021 with no remotely technical tracks on the calendar. Let's face it he never looked remotely capable of qualifying for the series on his own merit barring that one year.
  8. Zmarzlik executed more passes in that meeting than 5 of those riders managed in their careers combined
  9. Because he has four wins to Fricke's three. As per count back rules since the dawn of time.
  10. Of course it's a farce. It has been for years. The alternative is going down with honour, like Wroclaw did in the Ekstraliga final, but British fans don't seem to want that.
  11. There were no adverts on discovery. Extra interviews in every break. It's the way forward.
