  1. What some hard luck for Barker. In his completed three rides he was already ahead of the average of the rider he was replacing. He clearly came back with intent. Not bad for someone who was supposed to make Coventry weaker, and give them no chance of winning the league. Of course, things have really changed now he's injured.
  2. Havvy tweets: Gary Havelock ‏@GaryHavelock 1h “@liamje28: @GaryHavelock why did he resign havvy?” He wanted to ride in sweden on Monday instead of Belle Vue. No commitment at all It's no good having a rider doing ok in the Grand Prix series, whilst giving his British team 6 and a half points a meeting. Waste of space.
  3. Interesting post from "FranktonBee" H'mmmmm. Who on earth mentioned KKS? Oh, I see. LOL!
  4. MJJ, is a waste of space, overrated, unreliable foreigner. Good riddance. Isn't it strange that a certain "new" poster is always referring to him as though he's the saviour! Lol.
  5. MJJ, is a waste of space, overrated, unreliable foreigner. Good riddance.
  6. I'm sure most people on the forum feel sorry for Middlo and Ford.
  7. Would Emil fit? He's right back to his best form right now.
  8. Matt Ford sums himself up perfectly by saying that.
  9. This is a huge meeting for both teams. With KL, and Poole, clear at the top, there are four teams locked on 41 points each chasing the other two places There are many permutations, but right now, we need to get full points tonight.
  10. I saws some overtaking. It was quite a good meeting,I thought. You have to laugh at all his imaginary friends, but don't be fooled because all he wants is a response and he does not care how rude you are to him. There's only one answer, and that's to ignore the clown. I was NOT referring to "lynnboy" with that.
  11. North Dakota was a fantastic signing. Thank goodness Rosco acted quickly and dumped Klindt. North is our rider of the season, in my view.
  12. If anyone can receive the "Thor" satellite, it's channel 44.
  13. It's been called off already. SWINDON’S Bank Holiday clash with Lakeside has been postponed due to the adverse weather conditions. The meeting, which could be vital to the Elite League play-off aspirations of both clubs, has been swiftly re-arranged for Thursday September 4. Swindon Speedway would like to thank Lakeside for their co-operation in quickly agreeing to the new date.
  14. We have a "new" poster in our midst, but it's not hard to work out his true identity.
  15. I'll be glad when the school holiday are over. The goon makes it quite clear who he is by posting on the same threads all the time, and of course, by the crap he posts!
  16. It seems that this referee, and Rosco, had an argument at Swindon. ALUN Rossiter was involved in a furious row with referee Dave Robinson last night after another controversial incident at Blunsdon . Robinson excluded Peter Kildemand in heat 15 after the Dane came together with Poole’s Chris Holder, and although Hans Andersen superbly won the re-run to ensure Swindon ran out 49-41 winners in the top-of-the-table clash, Swindon boss Rossiter was still riled by the decision. This came to a head in the pits after the meeting had been officially closed, when good-natured banter between the pair turned into an ugly spat, played out in the pits in front of riders and supporters.
