I went to Warsaw this year, had an really nice weekend. Meals and drinks were really reasonably priced, plenty of places to eat and drink. The most stressful part was buying the tickets. -

Leicester Vs Redcar 29/06/19
brylcream boy replied to ellioth4's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I was getting worried for a while. Almost 2 pages on a thread and no one had blamed Rob Godfrey for something. If he is so bad, why don’t the other promoters just vote him off? -
Scunthorpe v Eastbourne 28.6.19
brylcream boy replied to ScunnyDan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Could not agree more, it’s almost turning into a competition of ‘Who remembers the most from 1963’ top trumps. -
Sunny definitely suffered running on a Sunday. Most folk only get weekends off and there is only so many things you can cram in on a Sunday.

Rob Godfrey interview in Speedway Star
brylcream boy replied to iwright71's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
If you care to read the comments posted by your fellow Tiger fans from last year as your team powered almost unopposed to the wooden spoon, 99.9% were less than complementary about the state of the track. -

If anyone has been before, what is it like getting food and drink in town after the GP. Thanks for any advice. -
Panthers up for sale.

Either that or just tell them you will be there and will come over and say hello. That should put them off. -
It is good to see people now appreciate just how much Rob does.

It’s not mind boggling if you are handicapped and require assistance, preferably by an English speaking friendly TPT driver or guide. -

Some people prefer for everything to be organised for them and are prepared to pay for that service. Others are just not comfortable or confident booking their own flight, accommodation, etc. It really is horses for courses. -

Like or loath Facebook, if you click on a link for something, eg holidays, you quickly get numerous ads for holidays appear. I would not have a clue of the expense or technology involved, but someone clicked on a page for motorcar/ bike racing, an advert of speedway could pop up with an action video. I would guess the average age of folk on this forum is about 110, but the 25-35 year olds who they should be trying to attract spend every moment on Facebook. That age group would also spend on food and drink. -
